Grande famille chalet de bord de mer, situé à seulement 40 verges de la plage (2 lots de distance) qui permet courir en arriÚre sans route à traverser. Colorful maison Bermuda de style. Air conditionné unités partout. Entendre le fracas des vagues de la véranda. Grill sur la terrasse et regarder le coucher du soleil! S'il vous plaßt fournir vos propres draps, serviettes et papier. Produits. 1 lit queen, 2 lits doubles, 2 lits simples (lits superposés). Arrivée à 15 heures et de départ par 11 heures. Un espace de stationnement directement en face du chalet, d'autres doivent se garer dans la rue.

This cozy cottage is a perfect getaway, whether relaxing on the screened in porch or playing in the sand and surf. Very well equipped and the 2 queen beds are supper comfortable! Can't recommend any other place as highly as this one!

Great location and the house is clean. We were surprised that there were no sheets, but asking around we discovered that most beach houses in the area do not provide sheets.

The place was perfect for my wife and I. It's well equipped, comfortable, and just the right size for the two of us. Really liked that there was a sturdy beach umbrella, and good beach chairs, and the screened porch and patio are great.

Wonderful family vaca!

Proximity to the beach was fantastic with small children. We were also traveling with a disabled teen and found the property very handicap/wheelchair accessible. Loved hanging on the screened in porch during thunderstorms- great book reading spot. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This place is the perfect getaway. It’s quintessential Dewey beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The property had everything we needed. It was clean! It was cozy! We came with our two golden retrievers and there was a hose off station for them. Plus I have to mention how wonderful and welcoming the neighbors are. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back.

Cute cottage close to the beach

Cute property with everything you need. Perfect for a small group or couple. Everything was very clean but it is a little musty but that’s just how the beach is.

Great location

Close by the beach as stated and near several restaurants and activities in Dewey, yet still quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable! Will stay here again for sure.

Cozy cottage near the beach

Easy access to the beach with the dedicated parking is a big plus in the crowded neighborhood of Dewey Beach. Well appointed and decorated outdoor space. Indoor space, and amenities left us to want more. Over crowded room which due to very high humidity and too much furniture for a small space perhaps created some dampness. Need to bring our own bedsheets and spreads made the experience a bit unpleasant. Kitchen and bathroom were a bit too tight. Proximity to the beach and the Main Street are the biggest plus for this property

Family Getaway

My son and his family came home from Nebraska. We wanted to take his young family to the beach because his wife has never seen the ocean. My family used to go to Rehoboth every weekend to visit family so my children grew up in the area. It was the perfect cottage, and location. I can honestly say, we were all pleased with everything that this cottage had to offer. The host was extremely courteous when I asked questions. Our family only stays @ vrbo listings and I would recommend this Vrbo listing to anyone. It really was one of my favorites.

Stay with family was amazing!

I have several sibling with special needs, so I decided to book over July 4th weekend in 2023. Had a perfect time! Close to the beach, the cottage had everything we needed, and was nice to relax and bar-be-cue on the grill and eat in the patio, and when it rained we watched a movie on the Roku or played some games that were there! Great for kids! One note: there is no bathtub, but shower stall, so must be ok with shower cleaning vs bathtub if traveling with younger children. There are also larger outdoor showers and spray hoses around for sandy feet/sandals. There is one parking spot for the cotttage, so consider bringing no more than two cars and getting a parking pass for the week to park on the street. The cottage is close to several bars and pubs! I would go again in a heartbeat and looking at maybe booking again right now!

Clean and wonderful location!

The parking is literally right in front of the unit, which is convenient for loading and unloading. Its set back from the road for a more quiet and private location. The unit was clean and in good order upon our arrival. The location is not only very close to the ocean but to many restaurants all within walking distance.

Mildew made us leave early

Horrible musty smell when you walk through the door. Mildew all over the side of the refrigerator. Dirty sandy rugs in the washing machine from the previous people (which the owner asked me to wash and dry). Extremely dusty, air conditioners and return vents. Contacted the owner several times and was told that has never happened before she just didn’t understand. Paid for 4 nights and left after 2 nights. Had to throw away all paper products, and anything that was in plastic bags and plastic containers. Put my purse and duffel bag outside to air out. The smell is still in them after the second day of airing out. Was never offered any refund, but was offered extra days for a weekend at some other time, which I declined. I have pictures of everything I have described.

Nice location

We enjoyed being a few steps from the beach! Wonderful outdoor eating area. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was a little cluttered for such a small space. Kitchen utensils enough for 3 families! Beach decor galore. I didn’t notice in the description to bring sheets so had to go out and buy them. There were 6 of us so that’s a lot of linens to pack. It was nice to have small washer + dryer on site. Cute cottage! Great location!

A Perfect Getaway

We've been going to Dewey for years, staying in hotel rooms but wishing we had a little shared space. This was honestly perfect and better than the listing. So close to the beach and restaurants and worked great for two couples.
