3 bed, 2 bath Lake Norwood townhome nestled in the heart of Bella Vista!

Enjoy the quiet comfort of this unique community while being less than 10 miles from Bentonville Square. Take short walk to enjoy Lake Norwood or to swing by the grocery store at Town Center Plaza.

Mountain bike lovers, ride to the Back 40 and Little Sugar trails.

If you're coming in town for an event at the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Chapel, it is only 5 minutes away.

Convenient access to 71 and 49.

The home features beautiful wood ceilings on first and second floors. The back windows look out into the greenery of a wooded area. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee listening to the birds from the patio. You will feel like you are in a treehouse while still having the modern conveniences of indoor plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling!

The home has been recently updated to include:
An office space with an extra monitor for remote workers.
Flat screen TVs in the master suite and living room.
Rain shower in the master suite.

It is an end unit with only 1 shared wall and quiet, respectful neighbors!

Please note: this property does leverage an outdoor security camera for safety and security of the property, our guests, and our neighbors. It is located on the front porch allowing for video footage of the porch, walkway, and property's parking spaces to be captured.

Great Stay!

Had everything we needed and was well run. Appreciate all the extra little things usually missed by other stays. Enjoyed walking the trails around Bella Vista and the attractions in Rogers/Bentonville. Nice area, very easy to get in/out and wherever you want very quickly.

Time away in a perfect space

Probably a favorite of all our stays. Everything was clean and comfortable. Best part it was able to keep the temp down the way that we prefer. The host was also quick to get back to us during our one complication getting inside on arrival.

Thanksgiving

It was close to everything, but yet away from everything. Quite, and enjoyed the view from the back deck and the walking trail. Walked to the glass church and by the lake , was pleasant. Loved the shower in the master bedroom.

A Bella Vista Gem!

We loved our stay here. It would have been easier to stay in Bentonville but we chose in the cozy little "treehouse" by Lake Norwood instead. It was close to various trails we got to enjoy but it was also easy to get into town. We especially enjoyed the short walk by the lake to nearby Mildred B Cooper Chapel. As for the house itself, it was cozy with comfortable furniture/beds and modern finishes. The rental came with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of fresh, fluffy towels and ample toiletries. The rainfall shower heads were a treat! Check in was very easy, the house rules were clearly posted, wifi was easy to access and checkout instructions made very clear. This has been our most favorite vacation rental so far. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Loved it!

Clean! Nice bathrooms. comfortable beds and nice new towels. Easy Checkin. Friendly Owner. Can walk to the chapel and grocery store via the community path over the dam.

Bike riding is my happy place and was the impetus for my first trip to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago. I fell in love with the community and all that the area has to offer 
 the combination of the outdoor activities, the people, and the food can’t be beaten in my opinion!

I live and work in Kansas City and have been co-hosting for over two years. I’m excited to help make your visit to NWA cozy and enjoyable!

The location of this neighborhood is great for access to restaurants, shops, the Back 40, the golf course (although I'm not the most avid of golfers), and the highway. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The wood ceilings and proximity to the wooded area behind the property make it feel like a cabin in the trees.

I grew up with a backyard treehouse; it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel the relaxed comfort of another time every time I visit (but with wifi). I hope it does the same for you!
