Ceci est la maison de cape cod classique avec quatre chambres, 2 salles de bains et une douche extérieure. Les chambres sont 2 chambres queen situées au deuxième étage et 1 chambre double également située au deuxième étage. La chambre complète est située à côté de la salle de bain au premier étage. Deux familles trouvent souvent cette maison idéale pour le partage car il y a 2 grandes chambres queen.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine et de divertissement.
Des sièges supplémentaires dans le breezeway cool et des sièges pour huit autour de la grande table de salle à manger pour tous vos besoins divertissants et plaisir en famille.
Il y a un grand 70 pieds autour du pont à l'arrière de la maison avec une cour entièrement clôturée. Un barbecue à gaz Weber vous attend sur le pont arrière et il y a beaucoup de places assises pour tous.

La maison a cédé ses droits sur le lac Lovers, à 5-6 minutes à pied et se trouve à quelques pas (200 mètres) de la piste cyclable de Cape Cod. Aussi, marchez jusqu'au tennis, au pickle ball et aux terrains de basketball. Chatham, élue l'une des plus jolies rues principales du centre-ville d'Amérique, se trouve à cinq minutes en voiture ou à 20 minutes à pied. (1. 2 miles)

The property was great for a multi-generational group and the location in Chatham was superb. We enjoyed the close access to the bike trail and beaches and the house itself was ideal for an extended family to spend time together.

We had an amazing week! The house is fantastic - great location to get downtown and to the bike path. The yard space, deck, and fire pit gave adults and kids alike a place to unwind. This is a great house!

My family stayed here for 4 nights and it worked out perfectly for us! Plebty of space for everyone and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for meals and even had a fire in the fire pit one night. The location is very convenient to everything/

The house was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was an easy drive to all of Chatham. We visited other parts of the cape as well and were easy to get to. The backyard was great for sitting around a fire at night or eating dinner outside. All the beds were comfortable and the host checked in on us along the way and made sure we had all we needed. I would recommend this host and house to anyone.

Lovely stay at Chatham house

We had a wonderful stay at the house in Chatham. The house was lovelier and larger than what the pictures showed. Very nicely decorated and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. Very clean. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Loved this house!

Perfect house for our group of 8! We slept very comfortably, enough space for everyone and absolutely loved the table on the back deck. I would absolutely recommend this spot and we are hoping to return next year! :)

Perfect house and A host

The house was amazing. One of the best VRBO places I’ve ever rented. All rooms super clean, house perfectly stocked for all needs. Ideal amount of inside and outside space to be utilized, plus an amazing breezeway room. Our group had a 21’ boat on a trailer that fit perfectly in the driveway area, plus 3 cars. Close to everything yet on a quiet street in a very friendly neighborhood. Host excellent communication. Will book again!

Great Stay!

Pauline was an absolute sweetheart -- maintained constant communication and was very flexible. The home is super comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 6 - air conditioning in dining room cools the entire downstairs and all the upstairs bedrooms had their own AC. We enjoyed every inch of the home, especially the well-stocked kitchen, backyard fire pit, outdoor dining area, grill and outdoor shower -- this is truly a wonderful home!!

Perfect place to relax

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house is as more spacious than it looks. The kitchen was fully stocked so I got to make pancake and eggs for everyone most mornings. The location was perfect—close to town yet on the quiet side. The bike path was right there and as an avid runner, that was perfect for me. Our host was immediately responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house and I hope to go back soon!

Beautiful home in Chatham

This is a beautiful home in Chatham. It was very clean and had a great layout for 8 adults. The backyard is lovely to sit out back. Pauline let us enjoy our vacation, but she was available if we needed everything. Brand new air conditioning unit in the dining room was a plus since it does get hotter this time of year. All the upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning units. Great home to enjoy your vacation!

Cozy, comfortable for group of 8

We stayed here for 2 nights, sleeps 8 comfortably as listed. Kitchen is stocked with few essentials, loved the variety of tea. Levels 1 and 2 are clean & maintained well. The property is pet-friendly and we could feel that. Pauline, the property manager was helpful, responded to our questions quickly. This is our first stay in a private vacation home and it was memorable.

Clean and cozy home to relax

The house was clean, supplies stocked up and the location was perfect. 8 adults stayed for a weekend wedding and it was a great home base for us all. The ACs in the bedrooms made for comfortable sleeping in 90 degree weather. One or two downstairs would have made socializing at the house more comfortable during the day but we were barely there. Close to downtown Chatham for shopping and good food. Will 100% try to stay here again. Pauline was super responsive and check in/out couldn’t have been easier.

Great location

The house is in a great location but could use some updates. The main TV is probably 10 years old and has a blurry picture. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The kitchen has ants, anything sweet left on the counter got attacked. The garage and basement had lots of stuff/junk in them, as did many of the closets. The third night we were there a couple was working on the outdoor shower from 4pm-8pm right when we were trying to relax in the backyard (the drilling noises were annoying). The bathrooms were recently remodeled and nice. The backyard was nice. Overall the house was fairly clean. The AC units worked well and were welcome.

Wonderful Get Away

This house was perfect for my extended family. There was plenty of room for the six of us inside and ample room on the wonderful deck outside. Fully stocked house and kitchen. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The house is decorated so tastefully and has a wonderful vacation feel. We were able to walk to town in the morning to get donuts and breakfast. Great neighborhood, very close to the bike trail. My husband enjoyed cooking on the large gas grill and we enjoyed visiting our favorite places on the cape.

Excellent location

Great week with our two adult sons and their girlfriends. We loved the location, near golf, tennis courts, the bike trail, and Chatham Main Street. We enjoyed grilling and even used the fire pit one night for s’mores!
