Welcome to Pelicans Landing! This home is very convenient with its direct beach access and less than a 3-minute walk to the beach. This home sleeps 7 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open concept living and kitchen.
Primary bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted smart tv and an en suite that offers a large vanity, garden tub and a walk-in shower.
Guest room features a queen bed, Twin/Twin Bunk Bed and a wall mounted smart tv.
Guest Bathroom has Tub/Shower combo.
The living room offers a couch and love seat, plus a day bed for extra sleeping. You will love the open floor plan and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining table for 4 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Large laundry room with front load washer and dryer.
Outside you will find outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning on the covered deck. Downstairs includes a gas grill and outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a perfect day at the beach.
