This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14424.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

What a relief!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the Sacramento Valley baked in an oven for days on end, we escaped to Mammoth to cool down. We found the town and Snowcreek Resort as appealing and welcoming as ever. It's been our summer tradition for years now. Before, we used to stay in Bishop or Lone Pine but those places are better for day visits after cool nights in Mammoth, especially now that the climate is heating up. Snowcreek feels like home with its beautiful peaceful grounds and the great benefit of the athletic club. We usually book a unit in Phase 4 near the creek and gym. That area just feels right. This time unit 541 was a bit below par in amenities and decor but we made it work and fell into our typical comfortable routine: the lakes basin, the library, two thrift stores, the Booky Joint, Vons, Grocery Outlet, Breakfast Club for amazing food and baked goods, Mammoth Brewery/Eatery for lunch, day visits to Mono Lake, in other years to Rock Creek Canyon. Looking forward to coming back to Snowcreek in 2025, our wonderful tradition.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week and brought speciality food to grill and cook. The grill was dirty and had no propane tank. The management company provided one later in the day. The cooktop burners circa 1980 didn't all work. Microwave didn't work. No smart TV (TV was old) no streaming available. WIFi bad, would drop off all day and reboot. Washer n dryer old. Dryer took hours to dry basic clothing.

Beautiful outside view/scenery, quiet complex. The only thing is if you plan to cook, there may not be enough cooking pots/pans. We brought our own.

The beds were comfortable and we had a great time. We have already set the dates for our 21st annual trip.

The dishwasher is on its last legs. The stove and washer/dryer will be there soon. Unit needs an update. This unit appliances were the worst we had seen on many stays.Nevertheless, we had a great time in Mammoth!
