This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-story condo is perfectly located just one block from The Village and Gondola, ideal for your Mammoth Lakes getaway. Featuring vaulted ceilings, modern upgrades and an electric fireplace. This home offers a bright and comfortable mountain retreat. The main level includes an open living space with a large flatscreen TV, cozy seating, and a dining area for six. The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and a private washer/dryer add convenience. Downstairs, both bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a twin-over-queen bunk plus an additional twin-over-twin bunk. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and overlooks the pool area for easy access to community amenities. Located in Mammoth Estates, you’ll enjoy walkable access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and skiing, plus a shuttle stop across the street for easy travel around town.Amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and summer pool. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Non-smoking. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Thanksgiving Ski Trip

Great time, kids really enjoyed. Close to the village, 5 minute walk to the gondola and shops. Would visit again.

Property was amazing! The kitchen was pretty stocked up compared to other properties I have stayed in Mammoth. I really appreciated a clean house (a bit of a germaphobe) but the floor did need actual mopping. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Best property I have stayed in without a doubt.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked unit

Love this location - easy walk to village and gondola to Canyon. House / kitchen was very well stocked. Loved using the sleds and great jacuzzi / rec room. Would highly recommend.

Mammoth Ski Weekend

Awesome spot that was the perfect place to be for a ski weekend. Walking distance to the village for dinners. Easy drive up to the hill. Great kitchen to be able to do breakfast every morning. Parking was limited and check-in was slightly challenging arriving at night and having to find the office to get the keys. Regardless, highly recommend the property.

Wonderful gathering with family

Excellent location, we did a lot of cooking so happy there was plenty of cookware. We had a minor electrical issue, and a very nice and efficient repairman came out quickly on Christmas Eve to fix it!! Very impressed with him!! Comfortable condo, excellent amenities and walking distance to the village! Would highly recommend this unit!!

It had everything that our family needed, was very close to the Village gondola and the beds were all comfortable. My kids really enjoyed playing board games by the fire and I appreciated that I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen.

Mammoth received over 6 feet of snow the week of our stay and the roads were closed on the date of our departure. They worked with us to help extend our stay, keeping our family safe. If you have a small group it works out fine.

Perfect - except for the old carpet

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The old carpet was a deal breaker for us. Carpet in the bathroom - yuck. Carpet on the stairs was a hazard. All the furniture was really nice, but the dirty, stained carpet throughout the place will prevent us from returning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Estates is run down and dirty. You need an attendant at the front desk like it used to be. That's why I used to stay there. There is no access to towels for the hot tub or anything else you may need. It makes checking in much more difficult too. And the hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Fix this place! Update the hot tub, and make the pool a heated all season pool.

The unit is outdated and needs to have the stained carpet replaced. The master bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Bathroom Jack and Jills into the entryway. Not enough storage space in closets because they were full of miscellaneous items. Wall heater in master bedroom was loud. Kitchen was nice and stocked with necessary kitchen items.
