Peaceful Retreat near Texas Tech with Epic Game room!

The best of both worlds with paradise on a 1/2 acre lot less than 4 miles and only 8 minutes to Texas Tech Stadium! This home is set in a park like setting with great location close to bars and restaurants yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Has a see through fireplace from the kitchen to the massive great room with a huge TV. Game room with retro stand up arcade games loaded with 100s of the classics. An old time saloon room for the adults to play cards and enjoy some refreshments! King beds in nearly every room and each bedroom has its own big screen TV. Huge kids/bonus room next to the arcade with its own basketball hoop that will entertain the children for hours. House guests have access (with prior approval and a fee - message for more information) to a club pool, tennis courts and a beautiful 18 hole golf course all located right next door! The club house is within walking distance with a public restaurant and bar.

The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day each year.

Access to Club pool requires pre-approval and payment of fees as follows:
$10 adult per day
$5 child per day
Access to Club tennis courts requires pre-approval and payment of fees as follows:
$10 adult per day
$5 child per day

This amazing Oasis will sleep 12 with 7 beds
Master bedroom - King bed
Guest bedroom - King bed
Guest bedroom - King Bed
Kids/bonus room - 2 bunk beds, each are twin over double so that equals 4 beds and there is a couch with rollout double bed

The minimum age for responsible renter is 25.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
