Escape to a quiet forest retreat that is close to all the best outdoor adventures, while still in the city! Enjoy this newly built home finished in 2022. The location is quiet and private, overlooking the McKenzie river valley with the forest as your backyard. Enjoy forest or valley views from each room. Prime fishing spots on the Willamette and McKenzie rivers are 10 minutes away. Beautiful lakes less than 30 minutes away. Access mountain bike trails in the Thurston Hills Natural Area that are less than one mile from the front door. Fast WiFi. Access our garage for a home gym and EV charger. Only 20 minutes to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and 15 minutes to Autzen Stadium. Only fifteen minutes away from all of the restaurants, entertainment, and night life that Eugene and Springfield have to offer.
One king bed in the main bedroom, twin bunk beds in bedroom two, a twin loft bed in bedroom 3, and a new queen bed in the office/4th bedroom. Extremely comfortable fold out couch in living room as well.
Main bathroom has walk in shower and large soaking bathtub. Second bathroom also has a shower/bath. Heat pump provides heat and AC.
Closets are locked. Full kitchen and appliances are available.

We are from Oregon and absolutely love living here. We wanted to share our home on VRBO when we travel so that others can experience the beautiful nature and outdoor fun of the Willamette Valley!

Eugene and Springfield are wonderful cities. They are large enough to have exciting activities and events, wonderful parks, but small enough such that they are so easy to navigate. This area is an outdoor lover's paradise. There is wonderful fishing, biking, hiking, watersports, and swimming all around.

This property is unique because it has all the amenities and convenience of living in a suburb, with the magical feeling of living in the forest. Hiking and biking trails are less than one mile from the front door. The backyard is the forest. You will see deer in the backyard, feet away from the door. You will hear the peaceful sounds of the birds. You will stay cool in the shade of the trees. We love this place.
