The number of guests on your booking must match your submitted guest list and may not, at any time, exceed the maximum allowed for this home. Day visitors are not permitted. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. The deposit is held or charged before arrival and automatically released after checkout, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
