At the heart of the home, a generous dining room flows seamlessly into a light-filled living room overlooking the pool, spa, and manicured grounds beyond. The open design creates an inviting setting for shared meals, long conversations, and evenings spent unwinding as the sun sets over the Valley. The spacious chef’s kitchen is both beautiful and functional, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample workspace. It opens directly into a comfortable family room anchored by a fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming environment designed for connection and entertaining. Every element of the home has been curated to support effortless hosting and relaxed luxury. Outdoors, the estate truly comes to life. Expansive, manicured, level lawns provide ample space for outdoor recreation and relaxation, while the pool and spa serve as the centerpiece of the grounds. A large outdoor fire pit invites evenings under the stars, complemented by bocce ball and horseshoe areas for classic outdoor enjoyment. The outdoor kitchen and grilling area is designed for memorable gatherings, featuring both a gas grill and a Santa Maria–style grill, along with an outdoor sink. Overlooking the pool and expansive lawn, this space allows guests to cook, dine, and socialize while remaining immersed in the beauty of the surroundings. Guests are invited to stroll the grounds and take in the pastoral setting, enjoying views of the pastures and horses from designated areas. The horses add to the unmistakable character of the property and the experience of Santa Ynez living, while boundaries are respectfully maintained to preserve their care and the peaceful rhythm of the estate. To further elevate your stay, the property manager is pleased to offer concierge-style services by request and for an additional fee. Services may include arranging private chefs, in-home massage and wellness services, customized daily activity planning, winery visits, dining reservations, and curated Santa Ynez Valley experiences. Transportation coordination and private drivers may also be arranged as needed, allowing guests to relax while every detail is thoughtfully handled. Advance notice is recommended, and availability is subject to scheduling. To preserve the integrity, comfort, and overall experience of the estate, the home is designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests. We may consider accommodating up to 10 guests with prior approval and an additional per-person fee. Please reach out in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. The primary renter must be 30 years of age or older, and occupancy is limited to children ages 12 and up. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The property is not available for party rentals, hosted events, filming, or commercial use of any kind. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A reservation agreement is required and will be emailed upon booking confirmation. Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed, and the manager and homeowner reserve the right to deny reservations at their discretion. Please feel free to ask about our discounted rates for stays of one week or longer.
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. VRBO will collect the deposit prior to your stay and automatically return it after your reservation is complete, provided there are no damages. Pets may be considered on a limited basis with prior owner approval only. If approved, a pet addendum and a non-refundable pet fee apply. One pet maximum is permitted with a $300 non-refundable fee. This property is best suited for well-trained dogs. For the safety of all guests and animals, dogs must remain on leash at all times while outdoors, as the grounds are not fully fenced and horses reside on site. For privacy and security, the property address will be provided after reservation confirmation. Every detail of this estate has been thoughtfully considered to create a setting that feels indulgent yet unpretentious—luxurious without being formal, expansive without feeling overwhelming. We were three couples celebrating two big birthdays and this house was perfect. The property is stunning, the horses magical. Tiffany and Kevan are amazing managers and a delight to deal with. We will be back!
