Unique Property

We had a great stay, but would recommend it more for larger parties. This is a very large house laid out for accommodating weddings or large groups. While we enjoyed it, it was pretty cavernous for eight of us. The location is great, very close to Los Olivos.

Beautiful property

Everything we were looking for on our weekend getaway. Four adults and a baby so we only occupied 2 of the 5 bedrooms. More house than we needed but certainly enjoyed the large common space. Will rent again.

The property and the ranch house were incredible!!When we first walked in, we literally could not believe our eyes. The place was way beyond our expectations. The pictures on the sight do not show how nice this place really is.Thank You to Roblar!!

Wow!!!

We were looking for a home that would accommodate five couples for a milestone birthday celebration in Santa Ynez/Los Olivos. This home exceeded any expectations we had from the moment we drove through the gates. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The home had breathtaking views, great amenities and lots and lots of space. And Malinda was so easy to work with.

A dream getaway

I cannot say enough about this property! This was easily our favorite rental we've ever stayed at. The house is enormous, well-equipped, and easy to navigate; the great room is particularly large and was a favorite for our kids. The backyard simply cannot be outdone - from the gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, to the vast surrounding lawns (perfect for football and relay races), to the neighboring farm and horse stables, to the unparalleled view that we took in each night while roasting s'mores in the firepit - we never wanted to leave. We will be back ASAP!

Fantastic Home for Large Group

This house was everything we could have hoped for. It was in great proximity to wineries and very close to the town of Los Olivos. Unfortunately, it is not within walking distance due to the highway, but it is less than a 5-minute drive. The home is spacious, with an expansive living room and plenty of room for a large group to gather. We were a party of 8, 4 couples, and each had their own bedroom with bathroom. The beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable, something I am very particular about. The outdoor space and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our only regret was not visiting when it was warmer so we could take advantage of the pool.

Fantastic locations

We loved the property. It was a great size for our large group but still had cozy spaces. The pool was beautiful and the property stunning. The property sits on an ideal location in the center of everything. The hosts were exceptional and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Three generation family getaway

Had a great time at the Robles Farm home. Plenty of space for everyone. Enormous great room/bar with two fireplaces. Outside area was perfect with fire pit, hot tube and built in heaters. Allowed for people to hangout outside despite the chilly nights. The surprise bonus was one of the best tended to vegetable gardens that I’ve seen which provide for a beautiful salad and veggie side dishes. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

what an amazing property... a fun house with beautiful details. If i were to make one negative constructive critique it would be that the kitchen utensils and appliances are a bit rough. We couldn't find a sharp knife, and there were not many acrylic wine glasses for us to bring outside. A fun kitchen to cook in, especially if you take advantage of the amazing organic garden. thanks again

Magical Property with incredible management team

If you're thinking of booking your bachelor/bachelorette in the Santa Ynez area look no further! I booked this listing for 8 girls to celebrate a bachelorette party and we couldn't have been happier with the property as well as the lovely management team who were beyond helpful & accommodating. Many of the guests with me over the course of our weekend commented how CLEAN everything was and the beds/bedding were hotel quality, truly spotless. The property itself is beyond gorgeous and as many of the reviews said, the house is extremely large and so much room for everyone to spread out. The surround sound music system was awesome. One thing that did surprise us at first was there are surrounding guest houses as well as a working farm and horse stable, so you aren't in total seclusion (which ultimately made us feel safe, we were just slightly confused at first) and everyone who came by or around the house was so nice & friendly. 11/10 recommend and I hope to return one day soon!

Wow, was a slice of heaven

This property has it all!!! We love the Los Olivos / Santa Ynez area so being so close to all that we enjoy was great BUT this property over delivers! Huge great room, terrific pool, spa, outdoor area and immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. This property is a can't miss!

Great getaway for family and friends

This house was the most wonderful getaway for my family and friends to celebrate an intimate 50th bday. We hired a private chef for all meals and had the most delightful stay eating and spending time together. The highlight of the house is this amazing great room that has 14' ceilings. We enjoyed all meals outside with the builtin heaters and a wonderful fire-pit. I would highly recommend this fabulous farmhouse. We will definately go back!

Beautiful Santa Ynez

We had a beautiful time enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with family at this home! From the hot tub and large outdoor area with the garden to the extremely large living room, it was the perfect place for a group to gather and enjoy each other. It was the perfect distance from everything we love in Santa Ynez/Los Olivos/Solvang. Leanne was extremely communicative and the check-in process was simple. We will certainly be back in the future!

Happiness in the Santa Ynez Valley

Beautiful property

This house is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are absolutely amazing! We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed the extra space the house and property offered. There were beautiful flowers and an enormous front lawn for the kids to run around, and the large living area indoors was a delight for my kids. The large garden in the back of the property had delicious veggies for the taking. I wish we could have stayed longer and I’m already looking at dates for our next trip to this amazing place.

The grounds are beautiful. I was impressed by how clean the property was maintained. Truly spotless. The kitchen is a bit dated but has all that you need and again - super clean! We would stay again!

Beautiful vineyard property amazing for friends and families

We stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary weekend. The house is huge and was incredibly well stocked and there was plenty of room for 10 of us - including 7 adults and 3 kids 7-12. The outdoor area is stunning and we spent most of our time out there in and around the pool which was perfectly heated. There's also a huge vegetable garden which we were encouraged to use and kids and adults alike went daily to pick watermelons, corn, beans, lettuce, squash, tomatoes and every herb you can imagine There were also horses on the property we made an appointment to visit and the kids got to feed them carrots from the garden. We had a great time and we would definitely go back again.

Great property, and nice location. Property manager was very responsive. We will be back. My only criticism was that there was no ice maker.
