Please note that the property is equipped with air conditioning window units for your comfort during the warmer months. However, during the fall and winter seasons, these units are removed to ensure optimal temperature efficiency throughout the house. The heat in the building is centrally controlled and maintained at a temperature of 71-74 depending on the outside temperature and comfort of our guests.
