Mod Lodge Family Friendly DIY Breakfast EV charging

This is an apartment attached to our home! Relax on your own or with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Featuring a unique retro/modern design twist. One bedroom guest suite. Full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed, and queen sofa bed, twin air mattress available. laundry, and ev charger available upon request for a fee. $5 per load, includes wash, dry, and soap etc.

Universal Electric Car Charger, upon request for a small fee.

Close to airport, Cincinnati, Creation Museum and ark encounter.

Great for familys as we included tons of toys, games, kid dishes/cups, baby hooded towels, as well as a mini play kitchen! Our outdoor aria is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining with grill and fire pit, trampoline, swingset.

We do have two small kids and share walls with the unit, so expect to hear normal kid sounds up until 9:30 weekdays, and possibly 10:30 on non-school nights.

The pool closed starting September 18th, will re open next summer. The hot tub is 104° and open, just give me a heads up upon booking so I can prepare it! When it's freezing outside the hot tub might be on, however might not keep a hot temperature.

Amazing Property and Host!

This property was perfect for myself, my husband, son (14) and daughter (11). We wanted to stay outside of Cincinnati so we could visit the different sites. Our host was so incredibly thoughtful. If you can think of an item that you might need, she already has it in the property for you. Seriously, everything you could imagine. Our bed was very comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for our kids. We had some privacy from the kids with the bedroom being separate and you wouldn’t get that at a hotel. My kids loved playing in the pool so much that they asked to just stay at the house for a few days just to swim. If we return to Cincy we will absolutely book this property again. Monica, thank you for sharing your home with us. You are so kind and we loved staying with you all.

Confortable Stay

It was a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. It housed myself and two friends comfortably. The set up was very welcoming and colorful. It worked fine for our comings and goings. We used the box fan provided to help the bathroom dry out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Ark and Creation Museum trip

Perfect location. Awesome little community. Safe and so nice! Recommend heavy sliding drape for the bedroom doors and bathroom window. We had a Groovy time at the Mod Lodge!

My girlfriend and i loved this location. It is a perfect 70s throw back down to every detail. The host answered all my questions and i had more than usual for some reason. A Great Stay

This ended up being a great location for the places we planned on visiting in Kentucky. There was plenty of space for us (one adult and one teen), and we enjoyed all the card games that were available. Was happy to see a box fan in the bedroom for some white noose too. Highly recommend!

Hip Hideaway

My first impression of this property was the superb decorating skills of the owner. Being a late born, self proclaimed "flower child", the 70's style decorating was perfect and so inviting in every way, right down to the dishes! The communication between the hostess and myself was excellent and she always responded in a timely manner and offered any information I needed or she thought I needed. The back porch was inviting as well with the decorative lights, etc. but it is a shared porch with the hostess and her family so be prepared for that. The only two things that I would mention is that the laundry room was inaccessible due to the door being locked. However that was fine with us because who wants to do laundry on vacation anyways? The only other thing is when leaving, make sure you check around your car for kids' toys or scooters. We almost ran over a scooter that was under our car the first day. But I will say it wasn't a reoccurring issue and never happened again. Plus, kids will be kids! Overall, it was a great place to stay, a great hostess, and retro but cool vibe and she provides everything you could need right down to feminine products, which ladies if you know you know! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Our City, Edgewood was voted the best city to live in KY. More Hospitals, than bars..... Can't argue with that!!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We provide a bedroom with door with a lock for traveling parents. As a married couple with kids it's something we always look for and appreciate that hotels don't provide. A bit of privacy for moms n dads while traveling, as well as a fun play space for kids with lots of toys, games, and (as a recent guest described) the kids get their own TV. Lol
