— Located on the third floor of the BayShores Yacht & Tennis Club, our recently-renovated coastal condo is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation! This ideal location on the Gulf of Mexico is just steps to Indian Shores Beach right across the street, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Your home-away-from-home overlooks the peaceful Intracoastal Waters, where you can enjoy the sunrise while dolphin-watching on your private balcony.

— When you're not spending time at the beach, you'll have many on-site activities to keep you entertained, including the BRAND NEW tennis & pickleball courts, NEW swimming pool & hot tub, a putting green, and shuffleboard along the water. We provide putters & golf balls, shuffleboard cue sticks & pucks, and tennis and pickleball rackets & balls for you to enjoy.

— The two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo features renovated kitchen & bathrooms, free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in each room, basic cable, board games, beach towels & chairs, sand toys, spacious private balcony with outdoor table & chairs, comfortable leather couch, and ample closet and dresser storage space.

— Bedroom 1 features a king bed with a Smart TV, cable, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, portable fan, dresser storage, access to private balcony, and two windows with a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waters.

— Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed with a Smart TV, closet, dresser storage, and portable fans with a view of palm trees and the courtyard.

— The stylish living room features a leather couch with two comfortable chairs that offer additional seating, 55-inch Smart TV with basic cable, electric fireplace, board games & books, and balcony access, all with a great view of the water.

— The fully-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal, with a large granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Also provided: pots/pans, knife set, food storage containers, wine glasses, basic condiments, both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and more.

— On-site paid laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor.

— We provide toilet paper, paper towels, travel-sized shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags to get you started. If you need anything additional, there is a convenient store located just up the street to the north where you can pick up extra supplies.

— We have ONE free onsite parking space available. Additional parking space(s) may be purchased if needed, or there is free street parking available along Gulf Blvd.

—The entire building has a strict no-pet policy. We are unable to allow any animals on site per HOA requirements.

— The condo is non-smoking (including on the balcony).

— We manage two units in the same building. If you have a large group and would like to book both units, please let us know and we'd be happy to make those arrangements for you!
