Really great property in a prime Austin location! We stayed here during ACL weekend one and it could not have been a more perfect location. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is gorgeous and perfect for a big group. Bathrooms, showers specifically, could use some upgrades but would not prevent me from staying again.

Julianna, being close to the ACL action while coming home to a backyard big enough for the whole group is a hard combination to beat. Fair note on the showers, that is helpful to hear. Hope the next festival weekend brings you back.

This is a beautiful property in a really great location. It’s walkable to the Hike and Bike Trail and to a few good restaurants/bars on Lake Austin Blvd. It’s also a cheap Uber ride into downtown. The pictures accurately depict the property. The outdoor space/pool are both great. The staff is responsive and very welcoming… Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Austin.

Great place for UT graduation with a large family

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy UT graduation. The place was recently remodeled so everything was fresh and clean. Great layout with a small backyard that was perfect for our group to enjoy meals at the picnic tables. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms too.

Great stay for ACL!

This property worked well for our ACL weekend needs. Perfect for adults and adult kids to have their own space and room for a long music festival. Although pricey for a weekend, the accommodations and location for ACL is recommended.

Central location

Nice property in a great location. Nothing fancy but all that you need! Great location off Mopac in central Austin. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and both units had all necessary amenities.
