The house was perfect! Absolutely adorable, came with everything we needed, and was super clean. It was beautifully decorated and we loved the screened in porch. Walking distance to everything as well. We loved the house and Holly Springs. Would definitely book again.

Picture Perfect

Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. The location is very close to restaurants. We had an issue with the WiFi; however, the host was extremely quick to get back with me, and get the issue resolved. I could not ask for better communication. We will definitely stay again.

Wedding Weekend

We were delighted to find such a clean, cute little home to use as we attended a family wedding nearby. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us and gave us a quiet neighborhood setting instead of staying in a standard hotel. The decor was super-cute, up-to-date, and impeccably clean!

Staying to visit family in Raleigh area

Modern Charm in Holly Springs

We stayed at Modern Charm in Holly Springs location for our son’s wedding with friends who traveled from FL. The home was in a great location. Less than 3 miles from the venue, restaurants, shopping, grocery, convenience & gas. Super quiet neighborhood (we even had woodpeckers show up one morning and a few deer). The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect for the 5 of us! We were able to have the fire pit outside during a few cold nights and roasted s’mores. The gate surrounding the backyard provided privacy. Michelle, our host, was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would recommend this location!

Great little house - owner responsive to issues

We had a nice stay - Unfortunately there was a power outage the day before we arrived, which took out power to the house and caused the ice in the freezer to melt into a big puddle waiting for us on the floor. Then after resetting the circuit breakers and returning power to the fridge, we noticed the internet was down. We communicated the issue to the owner, and she was very responsive. Spectrum had to come to the house and replace the modem as the internet box had been struck by lightning in the storm. Finally, by our third night, internet (and TV) was restored. We appreciate that the owner is giving us a refund of one night, given the unfortunate circumstances. We look forward to staying again at this nice, well located home (when it's not stormy outside ;)).
