Entièrement rénové la maison meublée, avec 3 chambres, 1 grand lit avec bain et demi, 1 lit superposé (double plus complète), et 2 lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres disposent de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat avec une grande télévision à écran plat dans la salle familiale. Juste à côté de la salle familiale est la buanderie équipée d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse hors de la salle familiale. Profitez de la salle 3 de la saison de la cuisine avec votre café du matin ou passer du temps sur le pont arrière farniente.

The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The hosts provided the perfect amount of communication. Would have loved this property even more if it had been equipped with central air rather than individual window units in each room.

Interesting can’t say enough about this amazing house and owners. You walk in the a real house- no rental feel. There is every amenity and the house is immaculate. We lived all the living space and AC in every room. The decor is relaxed, comfortable, and lovely. There is also outdoor space. The location is very convenient to beaches, downtown Falmouth, and north to Sandwich. Don and Joanne are wonderful hosts. We are already planning to stay here on our next trip to Falmouth.

Great family stay

We had a great time staying for a family wedding close by. We had plenty of room and the house was excellent. It’s in a great location. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, and binder of recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

A perfect house for a perfect vacation

This beautiful house offers everything you need and then some: beds and sofas are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, the whole setting is great. Don and Joanne, you are wonderful hosts, thanks for letting us stay at this beautiful place

Beautiful comfy home for a family

I stayed here on a visit back home as I am born and raised from Falmouth. This is a nice quiet location and perfect split level home for a family stay. Easy check in and very nice homey feel. Would highly recommend.

We used this home as our base as we explored Cape Cod. It was nice to return to a comfortable and quiet place to unwind after a busy day. The location was convenient with restaurants and shopping a few minutes away.

Lovely winter break in Cape Cod

We loved our stay in this home, which was exatly as described in the listing. Great location, much to do for kids and adults in the area and surrounding towns. Don and Joanne are lovely and their home is wonderful! The house has everything you need and a lot of extra little touches which make it so special! It was perfect for our small family. Fourth stay!

This was our fourth stay at this home. It was perfect for us as always. The owners always welcome us with warmth and the home is comfortable and well stocked with anything we might need, including sweet Portuguese bread and jam. We would highly recommend this East Falmouth home, any time of year.

Great property, great location

Property located in quiet neighborhood and location is a short drive to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. Downtown Falmouth about 15 minute drive while Hyannis is about 25 minutes. Lots of fine restaurants and attractions for every taste. Recommend the Cape Cod Dinner Train and Whale Watching out of Barnstable. And I would be remiss if I did not mention that Don and Joanne are absolutely great hosts that made us feel at home in their well appointed property

Amazing home and owners

I couldn't be more happy about staying in this home with my wife and toddler. The property was clean, spacious, close to many attractions, and exactly what we needed. The owners of the home were incredibly friendly and hospitable and truly made us feel welcome. I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience, and HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking.

Spotless clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful!

We stayed at Don and Joanne's house for five splendid days, enjoying the Fall at Cape Cod. The house is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and can accommodate 6 to 8 guests. The bathrooms are on the small side, but that's normal for this area. They are spread out over different levels. The hosts are delightful and very helpful.

We moved to the Cape in 1971 from the Boston area and raised 5 children here. This particular home was the grandparent's home since 1970 the land had been in the family since the turn of the century. In the last 2 years this home was totally refurbished and now is available to rent. After raising 5 children Joanne went back to school and received her master's degree in marriage and family therapy and presently works with parents of autistic children. Don worked in insurance and started his own agency in 1979 finally slowing down and selling it 10 years ago but still remains working part-time for the new owners. We have 9 wonderful grandchildren and all but one live close by so we are kept very busy with the ongoings of the grandchildren.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This house was built by Joanne's parents in 1970 so the grandparents were able to see their grandchildren grow and raise their own children. With the grandfather now deceased and the grandmother in a nursing home the decision was made to keep the home in the family renovate it and rent it. It has been a wonderful place to raise our children.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the unique benefits of this home is that every thing in the home is new. New floors, carpeting, furniture, bedrooms sets and mattresses as well as new stainless steel appliances. We also put in a new heating system. Front porch is pleasant to sit on as well as the back deck. We also have a 3 season room with 14 new windows which lets in a lot of sunlight. The family room is one of the favorite rooms in the house with a comfortable sectional to relax on as you watch the large flat screen TV or enjoy a game of cards at the table at the other end of the room.
