Nancy’s “home away from home” is beautiful! Her decor is down home and cozy. She has furnished the kitchen with everything needed. The complimentary beach service was an added plus! My family and I had a great week. Also, the price was reasonable for a 3 B 3 BA! I will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. We love the condo, the scenery, and the entire property. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with if you have any questions. Will stay here again!

This will be the only place I stay from now on when visiting PCB. The condo was perfect and Nancy was wonderful to work with. The beach chairs were a plus and the location is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was seriously beautiful!! Nancy was such an amazing host and truly cared that we had a nice stay and that everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. It is right on the beach and walking distance to so many places. You can walk the beach up to Pier Park. We were there for New Year’s and you could see all the fireworks they had going right from the balcony. The hot tub, pool and fitness room were amazing here as well. My children and I loved this place and the area. I cannot say enough awesome things. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful view of the beach. Loves the beach chairs that came with the property. The property was spacious and clean, though a little dated and worn. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was not quite as well stocked as I would’ve liked. No salt, pepper, spices, cooking spray, any essentials at all left behind or provided. There were also no larger baking dishes to put in the oven. I had to buy aluminum foil casserole pans to make the cheesy potatoes for Easter. Overall, a good value.

Great location and GREAT view of the Gulf

We liked the ocean view, private beach, loved the open floor concept. Nancy the owner was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL thru our stay :). We also Liked how big the bathrooms and bedrooms were.

Lovely condo. Very spacious with 3BR and 3 baths. Probably the biggest condo we've stayed in. Check in was easy, as was check out. Great section on the beach and not overly crowded. The only issues we had was that the ice maker in the freezer didn't work, and the floors were a little dirty; your feet would be dirty right after taking a shower. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for leaving a review, and I really appreciate it. I am sorry for my slow reply because I need to do some research into the two issues you mentioned. There were recalls recently on refrigerators made by even well known manufacturers such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, etc. The warranty company instructed us to turn it off for 24 hours before a certified tech arrived. The tech came to take a look then left after telling us that he found nothing wrong. The refrigerator (both the freezer and the fridge compartments) works well. With what I have learned, I think that the cooling system works extremely well, and it might freeze up the water line. I really hope that a new model, which is built well like appliances used to be, will come out soon. I hired a new cleaning service referred to by the Palazzo community. People speak highly of the owner and his work.

Family Vacation

This was our second time to stay in this condo. It is the perfect size for our family to stay comfortably. The location is perfect and overlooks the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for all our cooking needs and we will be back again I’m sure!
