Additionally, you and your guests will enjoy complimentary access to the community Clubhouse during your stay featuring a pool, hot tub, ping pong and foosball tables!
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom premium townhome is big enough to comfortably host groups of up to 10 who are looking to make Summit County their next vacation getaway. Immerse yourself in the comfort of this thoughtfully designed home and take in the sweeping mountain views each day. Whether it be for a few days, or a few weeks, Treehouse Townhome offers you and your group the comforts of home in the mountains while serving as a basecamp for all your outdoor adventures.
The main living area creates an atmosphere of luxury featuring an abundance of natural light and panoramic mountain views helping to create a welcoming and warm environment for all those that visit. The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Just off the living room there is a private second story deck perfect for taking in the views and enjoying that fresh mountain air along with a second private deck off the kitchen ideal for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. The living area is spacious and welcoming for groups of all sizes to enjoy the fireplace, views, or a movie.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and itâs professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
