Nestled in the pines at the base of Lumpy Ridge, Mountain Modern (Permit 20-NCD0308) sports 3 en-suite bedrooms on 2.6 acres adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Wake up in the master king to incredible views of Longs Peak, one of Colorado`s most famous mountains, or watch the elk graze on our 2.6 acres.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, 2 decks and epic views in all directions.
The main floor has an open-concept living room, kitchen and TV room plus a laundry room, half bath and king bedroom suite with walk in closet and bathroom (shower/tub combo).
The lower level has a twin bedroom with en suite bath; a queen bedroom and a TV room with sofa bed. Thereâs a bathroom with double vanities and a shower between the queen room and tv room. Pocket doors between the tv room and main hallway can make this bed/bath/tv area into a private suite.

We have turned over management to our team at The Wolf Rentals. They`re super responsive and know the area like the back of their hands!
NO SMOKING, NO FIRES
Our home is just a few miles from where two of Colorado`s largest forest fires ever burned just a few years ago. We are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park`s vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Our gas grill and gas fireplace are both allowed.
ROAD CONDITIONS
Estes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there`s a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area!

Our permit is limited to 8 people max including infants and children

Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in!
SECURITY
We have a Minut smart home meter that alerts us to parties. It measures decibel levels and temperature to protect our home and neighborhood.
* After booking, guests may be asked to review and accept a standard rental agreement covering house rules, safety disclosures, liability, and damage responsibility. This agreement does not modify pricing, cancellation terms, or refund policies presented on Vrbo and is intended to be consistent with Vrboâs terms and the listing details.
