VHR # 6172 Our beautiful 8 units are nestled on the tranquil banks of Fall River and located at the west end of downtown, Riverpointe offers a unique combination of serene river-front beauty and convenient town access. Book one or more units for family renunions, corportrate retreats, or a romanic getaway. Units 1 and 2 are animal friendly, max 2 with a $30 fee per animal per stay.

Unwind to the sights and sounds of the river as you enjoy morning coffee on the stream-side patio. Skip the hassle of parking and take a delightful 5 minute stroll along the popular Riverwalk path into town to enjoy shopping or dining. These charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condos have been fully remodeled in a tasteful, mountain-modern style and promise an unforgettable vacation for couples, friends, or families seeking relaxation and adventure amidst breathtaking mountain scenery.

** Because of the close proximity to the river, it should be noted that this property may not be suitable for families with small children. Nice clean nicely decorated and an easy short walk to downtown Estes Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the proximity to the Fall River. Only minor negative was the back bedroom cell phone charging plug was not working.

As soon as you walk in you smell the septic or sewer in the pipes. It was so horrible. Like you think the toilets are overflowing, yet it's just the smell of the inside pipes. Then the primary bedroom door is so out of alignment that my disabled wife was trapped inside until someone could get the door open. I mean I understand it's an old property, yet there is no excuse to have sewer gases flowing into the property or doors that get stuck. When we pulled down the comforter the first night, we noticed how it was dirty with stains. Like the stained side was flipped down so you would not see it when you first arrive. The river and parking lot were nice.

Amazing attention to detail went into updating this property! Kitchen - well stocked! Beds - so comfortable! Decor - top notch! Location - can’t beat it! We booked this property because we wanted to be able to walk to town after spending our days hiking in RMNP. The property has 2 views of the River and sidewalks taking you directly to town. We would definitely stay here again! We have already referred people here. It was just perfect for what we wanted on a busy Labor Day weekend. Amazing place!

This is the perfect location to walk to dining and shopping! The home is located in a quiet area with wild life and and beautiful water and walking paths ! Bedding is cozy and added touches of bathing soaps etc !!I highly recommend staying here !!!!

Wonderful!

Lovely, clean and welcoming condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, and the winding Fall River right outside the living room door was so peaceful. Steps to the amphitheater at Performance Park and a parking spot right in front of the entrance. Perfect!

Wonderful condo/townhome steps from downtown Estes Park. The property was clean, with fresh furnishings, fixtures, and decor. When we arrived, there were several elk across the stream to welcome us to Colorado. My kids and I loved listening to the stream, and my son even did fly fishing in it (with/ a fishing license). This was really an awesome vacation rental, and we couldn't have been happier. I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and family.

Everything about this property was amazing. Very clean. All the appliances were great. Beds were comfortable etc.My only minor gripe would be no air conditioning. It got awfully warm inside the first couple days. Wouldnt let that stop me from staying again. Had an elk eating our flowers on our first evening. Kids loved playing in the creek (which is 5 ft from the back patio). Less than a block to beautiful downtown Estes Park. Price was fantastic as well.

Lovely place!! Really enjoyed eating meals, sitting by the peaceful river just steps outside the back door. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. So close to downtown, an easy stroll by the river. Loved hearing the river at night.

We had a wonderful stay here — the location cannot be beat! You’re close to town — but still along side the river. The cleanliness of the VRBO was perfect- we had everything we needed and then some. They maximized the organization perfectly for the size of the space. Will definitely be back. Great communication with manager. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Estes Park 2day getaway!

This property was by far one of the nicest places we’ve stayed over the past few years. Everything was lovely, well appointed and nice touches in every room. Completely remodeled interior with upgraded appliances and all linens. The location right in the river at your back door was spectacular. We will return and recommend to family and friends for sure. The property management was top notch, professional and very responsive and helpful. 5 Star all the way!!

Lovely riverside location

We loved being on the river and that we were allowed to bring our “travel” cat. Unit was like new and decorated with modern mountain vibes. Kitchen was well equipped and you are close enough to walk to town for plenty of options. We had an issue with the microwave not working and were offered to move to another unit but we were already settled and chose not to move. They apparently knew abt the problem the day before so I wish manager would have told us abt the microwave before we checked in to know what to expect or to have the option of another unit. Despite that- it was a great stay. Highly recommend rock inn for dinner and one of the tours at the Stanley in addition to RMNP. have the option of a nunit. They did know ab
