The Villa fuses elements of minimalist décor in neutral colours, gold accents, mixture of woods, clean white walls, playful and unique touches, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests and has WIFI.The house is located within the gated residences, 24-hour security of Villas Sol residences and All-Inclusive Resort. The location and villa is a great jumping-off point to explore Costa Rica. We recommend getting a rental car to explore the surrounding area. Costa Rica is a place of adventure and tranquility. We can all experience whatever we want, from beaches to volcanoes. Within an hour’s drive, you can encounter several different climates and drastic changes in landscape. We recommend exploring Rincon, Monteverde, Playas del Coco, Playa Panama, Flamingo (Las Catalinas) and Tamarindo.At the Villa, you will have access to Villa Sols two swimming pools, jacuzzi and grounds shuttle, and for a fee can use the Hotel’s spa and either purchase the All-Inclusive Food/Beverage option from Reception or purchase directly from the Hotel Bars and restaurant itself. If you choose to get the All-inclusive package (as of Nov 2023 it is $65 per person per day and $35 for children 5 to 10 years old), you can purchase for the entirety or selective days during your stay. As onsite options are limited, we recommend you explore the wonderful variety of restaurants in Playa Hermosa and neighbouring towns (such as Coco, Ocotal and Playa Panama), including the many grocery stores. Guests may use US dollars or Colones at the resort or in the local establishments. We have included a list of our favourites in the House Manual.As you enter through the front door it leads you to a spacious, open-concept great room of living and dining with vaulted ceilings and a brand-new kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, blenders, rice maker, and an oversized kitchen island, offering inspiration to one’s inner chef. The kitchen is stocked for basic dining (including for kids), cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, plastic cups and bowls, silverware, wine, beer, and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide spices, salt and pepper, oil and foil, cling wrap, etc.). Lots of plastic containers to use by the pools, with your kids, or on your outings. In the refrigerator, you will find a Brita Water Jug for you to enjoy filtered water, but the tap water is fine to drink as well.The Villa has a large terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful start to the morning and a peaceful end to your day. Plenty of seating to lounge, eat and relax while listening to the birds and howler monkeys. You have the choice of cooking in the kitchen or outside using the propane BBQ or charcoal grill. We provide all the BBQ utensils and BBQ brush.Down the hallway of this single-level home are 2 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with plenty of king pillows. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Lots of extra pillows and hotel-like bedding.House supplies:The Villa will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods and dryer sheets. You will have access to the use of a washer and dryer.Other Items:The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. Please use the black towels in the bathroom to remove makeup. The bathrooms are stocked with an initial travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, makeup pads, and q-tips.Other things to note:The villa is Family friendly. We have a Pack N Play, sheets and high chair in the bedroom closet, children dinnerware, children’s books and toys and water toys.Parking is steps away from the Villa. We recommend getting a rental car to explore the surrounding area. We’ve included a few of our favourite places and recommendations in our House Manual.Other things to notePlease use common sense and respect our villa. It’s your private space for your stay, but the reality is that it’s a legal transaction. You will be held accountable for any damage or theft done by you or anyone you have on the property. No smoking or vaping indoors. You will find a House manual that contains all the necessary information to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
