As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Los Almendros is a gated community on the beach in Playa Ocotal. There is a guard that lets guests in and out of the property. In addition to your private plunge pool, you can use the shared community pool with ocean views, loungers and covered table areas.

Guests have private use of the home, as well as the private yard and plunge pool. There is also a shared, oceanview pool are with covered seating areas and lounge chairs.

Los Almendros 3 stands out as one of the rare beachfront properties in the region. Positioned mere steps away from the shoreline of Playa Ocotal, this villa boasts three bedrooms and plenty of space. The main floor features a kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and primary bedroom. The spacious balcony invites relaxation - dine al fresco, grill up dinner or just listen to the waves. The lower level has two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, each with access to the private yard. The yard offers a tranquil retreat with its plunge pool and lounge chairs, while a gate provides direct access to the beach.

Playa Ocotal is celebrated for its calm surf, excellent snorkeling spots, and serves as an ideal starting point for ocean adventures and exploring the surrounding area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary bedroom - King bed, 42" Smart TV, dresser, access to ocean view patio. This bedroom has a full bathroom right outside the door.
- Lower-level bedroom #1 - King bed, 42" Smart TV, dresser, closet, safe for valuables, sliding doors to the yard.
- Lower-level bedroom #2 - Two single beds (configured as a King on request), closet, sliding doors to the yard.
Note - The lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with!  While it is walkable around Playa Ocotal, most shops and restaurants are located in Playas del Coco. We do not recommend this home without transportation of some kind.
