This home was beautiful. Each of our family members had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard pool was clean and perfect for our family. We were about a 20 minute drive to Disney which was easy. On our last day, the pool needed maintenance and the resort allowed us to use one of their pools which was fabulous. We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

While the house was beautiful, unfortunately there have been smokers that stayed in the past and the house has a terrible smell. There are signs all over saying no smoking - guess that didnt prevent previous guests. In addition, we requested pool and spa to be heated. We arrived on Wednesday and it didnt get fixed until Saturday - after multiple emails and calls.Getting a partial refund would be great.

The home is strictly non-smoking, and we take this very seriously. Your comments have been shared with our management and housekeeping teams so we can address this more thoroughly and prevent this from impacting future guests. We also truly regret the delay with the pool and spa heat. We understand how important this is to your stay, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused despite your efforts to reach out. We loved this house. All who stayed would stay again. Excellent condition and clean. My husband and I stayed with my two college friends over the week of Thanksgiving with their kids. We had eight people total and the house is very spacious with five bedrooms and five baths. There is also a bathroom outside on the back with the pool. The house is an easy 20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. There is also a Publix and Wawa very close along with numerous restaurants in the area. Very nice development with guard gate. The amount per night for the house is very reasonable in compass with staying at a WDW property. We had a minor issue with beeping with a smoke detector but both times called they sent out someone to fix within a short amount of time. I had no issues with getting a response from property management.

Excellent location for a Disney Trip

The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. Staying off property did not add much to our compute time to and from the parks. It certainly made getting out the door and to the parks easier and the arrival home was so much better. Taking a sleeping child into their bedroom steps from parking was a delight. We enjoyed the convenience of preparing some of our own meals. The washer and dryer allowed for less packing. The pool allowed the kids to play when we were not at the park. We hope this property (or one similar) will be available when we are next back at Disney.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic 5-star review! We at Florida Premier Rentals are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our location perfect for your Disney trip. It's wonderful to know that even as Disney regulars who have experienced the Grand Floridian and Contemporary, you found our off-property home to be your preference going forward. We truly appreciate you highlighting the convenience of the shorter commute, easier park access, and the delight of bringing a sleeping child straight to their bedroom. We're also glad you enjoyed the amenities like the ability to prepare your own meals, the convenience of the washer and dryer, and the fun the kids had at the pool. These are all features we strive to provide to make our guests' Disney vacations as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to this property or one of our other similar rentals for your next Disney adventure. Please don't hesitate to reach out when you start planning your next trip. Thank you again for your wonderful feedback!

Bait and switch on location

So disappointed with my experience here. The listing said the property was a 2 min walk to Disney. Based on this I reserved the property. When they finally sent me the address it was a 30 min drive to Disney. I called Vrbo and they gave me the address the management company gave them and said the check in email was wrong. When I arrived I drop to the address Vrbo gave me by Disney and there was nothing there. I then went to the address 30 mins away and there was the property. I tried to reach out to the management company and was told the manager was out of town and would get back to me. Of course I gave them a week and they still won’t respond. I called Vrbo and they said they would get back to me and they never responded. I ended up having to rent a second car to help people to to Disney and we burned over an hour each day trying to get to Disney. While the property itself was nice, it was totally a bait and switch situation on location. Don’t be fooled when they say they’re close to Disney—they’re not.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the confusion regarding the property’s location and any frustration this caused during your stay. Our listing clearly states that the home is located within Reunion Resort, which is approximately 10–15 minutes by car to Disney. We apologize if the check-in information caused any misunderstanding. We also regret that our response time did not meet your expectations. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously to improve communication and clarity for future guests. We’re glad to hear that you found the property itself nice, and we hope that despite the challenges, you were able to enjoy your time in the area.

We had a great stay at Reunion Resort and would highly recommend it, especially for families visiting Disney World and Kennedy Space Center. The location is ideal, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing after busy park days. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped; however, there were no basic cooking staples (no oil, salt, pepper, etc.), so something to keep in mind if you’re traveling from afar and planning to cook.Maintenance was responsive and quickly fixed the pool enclosure the first time we called. The second request wasn’t as timely, and we replaced a battery for a chirping smoke alarm ourselves. We also noticed a leaky tap by the pool, which was a concern for us, coming from South Africa, we are especially mindful of water usage but overall these were minor issues in an otherwise very positive stay.Tip: allow extra time for traffic when planning outings.Overall, a fantastic stay; comfortable, convenient, and perfect for a busy Florida trip. We would definitely return.

This was a perfect place for our big multi-family for our Disneyworld trip. A couple of tips for the next traveler…the Kuerig is super over zealous! If you put it on 8oz you get 12! Also I didn’t realize the jets had to be on for the spa to be heated and thought the heat wasn’t working so just so you know! The host was super accommodating and helpful and the house was so wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!
