Look no further, vacation with ease, we have taken care of your needs. Relax after a day at the parks. Our floorplan has beautiful views of the peaceful pool and nature preserve beyond.

We make it easy so you can enjoy your vacation! You will find all the needed amenities at your fingertips to make your vacation a breeze. While you are settling in, the kids will be entertained for hours with toys and burning energy in the pool. Catch a sunset in the quiet backyard. Enjoy a round of golf for yourself before you head to the parks with the kids.

After you've spent some time at Florida's most loved attractions, your group will love an evening swim in the pool and hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to serve up a full meal. After dinner, there are toys for all ages! Plan for a family game night or catch up around the table while doing a puzzle. Or snuggle in for a movie night. Need some time to yourself, the floorplan allows for great family get-togethers and some time to chill alone after a busy day. Time after time, guests are telling us they wish they had more time to be together at our home.

Maison de rĂȘve

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette magnifique demeure situé dans un quartier paisible. C est encore plus beau que sur les photos . Le décor de la maison nous met totalement dans l ambiance de Disney . Nous y étions en famille avec nos 4 petites filles. Elles ont été des princesses toute la semaine avec toutes les belle robes a leur disposition. Je la recommande fortement. Merci à Kévin pour ta grande disponibilité.

It was amazing!! We have stayed in multiple places over the years with our family, and I can honestly say this is one of the best! Easy to communicate with and trust me, they have thought of everything! It’s fully loaded and prepared to welcome a large family like ours. Extra toilet paper and trash bags, you would think would be on everyone’s list, but it’s not. This place

The property is located in a beautiful golf community that is very quiet and has amazing views. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home and the host did an amazing job with having each part of the house themed in various Disney series. The game room was so much fun and such a great place for kids to play in, the upstairs bunk bed room was also such fun for the kids and they loved having so many outfits and toys and games to play with. The living room was filled with games and activities to have wonderful family nights and the house was so clean and had so many items on hand in the event you forget something on your travel. The pool was amazing and the jacuzzi was very nice to enjoy. Overall it was such an amazing stay for a big family, with so many things to do in the house for all ages. 10/10 and would definitelyBe going back in the future!

This was the perfect home for 10 days! We stayed equal days in as going out. Communication with the owners was great. There were plenty of dishes to cook with and cups and plates. The kids loved everything that was in the house. My son asked if we took a video cause he’s going to cry about this place. There was just so many accommodations from trash bags, dishwasher pods to lots beach towel coolers beach umbrella and chairs. We didn’t use them but were shocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Disney vacation

My children absolutely loved this house. Perfect for a Disney vacation. All the doors had child proof locks to keep children out of pool area and the pool itself had a saftey fence for added protection. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling with children. They will have a blast!

Our stay was amazing! House was clean,very warm and inviting. The pool was clean and relaxing! This property was everything the description said and more! After disney and a college graduation, we felt like we were right at home after each long day of activities.We would absolutely recommend this property. Absolutely amazing!

The house was better than the pictures! We were a group of 8; 4 adults, 3 teens, and one child. Also brought along our two dogs. The entire house is well stocked for anything you may need. We loved the game room, movies, and board games. The three separate living areas were nice for us all to have our own space. The large dining table seats 8 so we were all able to eat together. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen. Kitchen has every item needed and then some. Home was very clean. Loved how the owners had decorative signs up to show where the laundry room and spa controls were. The themed rooms were really cute. Loved all the homey details like throw blankets, plastic dishware for kids, etc. My communication with Kevin prior to our stay was great. Neighborhood was safe and walkable. Disney Springs was only a 20 minute drive. Dutch Bros coffee is a must try and is one mile away. I would definitely book this home again. Thanks for an amazing vacation rental!

Amazing Rental!!!

I loved everything about my vacation staying at this rental property. The owners were very accommodating to my early check in/late check out. Checking in was a breeze, and the house and location was amazing!!!!! The home is location near various food places, all of the Disney parks, as well as several shopping centers. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. The house itself was extraordinary!!!! My family and I loved every minute of our stay there. The rooms were big and the house was very clean. If you like cooking on vacation they have everything you need (pots, pans, bakeware, etc). Every part of the house is a different Disney theme. Also, there were costumes that the kids could wear and play in. Not as if all of this wasn’t good enough they have a game room with a pool table and air hockey. They also have a PlayStation in the downstairs playroom, as well as two more in the upstairs room (if your kid(s) are big on gaming). Two other great amenities of this house were the pool and the hot tub. Lastly, this home has a washer and dryer, so you don’t have to take your dirty laundry back with you. If you’re taking a family vacation and have kids don’t think about it just book this amazing home!!! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Amazing Disney themed house

This property was amazing, I have a 5 year old little girl who was mesmerized with the Elsa themed room. They had over 20 princesse dresses and all the barbies and dolls you could have imagined. We probably didn’t even need to go to the parks. We will definitely stay here again !

Perfect for family

We (two families of four & one grandmother) all enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is outfitted well, the house has many games & fun activities (pool table, PS4s, board games, Roku TV), the pool & hot tub are great, and the property owners are available and responsive. Plus, it is very convenient to Disney (20 min.) and somewhat convenient to Universal (40 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to amenities (pharmacy & grocery store, 5 min.; dog park 10 min.) We would stay here again.

Outstanding Home

This house was perfect for our family. There is an ample amount of space for even the largest families. There were things to do for any age children and even the adults. We stayed for over a week here and my kids never once came to me saying there was nothing to do. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and wonderfully themed to several different movies. Would stay here anytime I could when in the area.

Quiet Relaxation in Davenport

The property was even better than the pictures and description. We had 4 of us, 2 adults and a 14- and 12-year-old, but could have had many more stay as the house was huge. The pool area was perfect, and the hot tub was nice, as well as having privacy from neighbors and the wetlands behind the home. The home had everything you would ever need including bonuses like games, puzzles, and pool toys. We will definitely be back.

We love the Sunshine State and wanted to be able to share that with our extended families. As our family grew, travelling continued to be an important part of our story. We know the memories we make will last forever and we wanted to create a memorable home base for our travels from Minnesota. Upon Kevin's return from his second deployment oversees with the MN Army National Guard, we bought our Disney Home. We hope that you will enjoy this magical place as much as we have. We knew we wanted a space that would be able to accommodate our family and friends alike. Our time in Minnesota is filled with school schedules and nurses schedule and drill weekend responsibilities. Our home in Florida is filled with joy and magic and warmth. We hope that you will find yourself surrounded by all of these things as well and ​create memories that will last a lifetime.

Just pack your clothes and you are ready to go. This house is fully stocked with all you will need to cook a family dinner, while the kids are immersed in toys and dress up. They just may not want to leave! Create forever memories! We consistently have guests say that the kids like the house as much as the parks! And the house has beds for nap time! ;)
