Charming 1 bedroom end unit condo offering spectacular views from a private balcony. Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!

The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

Kitchen:
Full size kitchen with stainless appliances. Some of the kitchen amenities include:
- Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods provided)
- French press
- Toaster
- Blender
- Crock Pot
- Cookware, dishes, silverware, cups
- Large selection of spices and olive oil for cooking gourmet meals

Living room:
Cozy living room with stunning views of mount Elden. Enjoy the 58 inch TV while relaxing on the comfy couch which also pulls out to a full size bed for additional guests. Netflix and Disney+ are available for guests. There are board games, a collection of DVD's, and kids toys / books provided for your entertainment.

Bedroom:
In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen size bed. In the bedroom closet, you will find additional pillows and linens if needed.

Deck:
Nestled within the pines, enjoy the cool mountain air and amazing views from the covered private deck. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the comfortable patio seating or enjoying the view while grilling up dinner. Stick around in the evenings for spectacular views of the sunset!
