This house is full of charm and very comfortable. Great for a larger group. It is also close to many attractions and not far from Franklin and Marshall as well.

This is a great cottage with plenty of spaces for a large family. The house is now cream, not yellow as pictured. The 3 king beds were awesome! The fourth bed was a full sized bed, not queen sized, in a much smaller space. The house was cool when we arrived on a hot summer day. There were four living room spaces and a kitchen. Bring your own kitchen staples and measuring spoons because they weren’t provided. And, bring shampoo and conditioner. Stay to the left when parking in front of the house as there is a shared driveway with the house down the hill. Great stay.

Charming home with plenty of separate spaces. Loved the mud room where you can store extra things you brought. Great location between Lancaster downtown and Amish locations. Also very close to Dutch Wonderland and outlet shopping. The back yard is not as useful for little ones to play as I had imagined (not accessible from the deck, creek, weeds, mud an sticks). Though we were able to enjoy some outside time on the deck.

The house was sweet and comfy! The location was great - easy to get to all kinds of activities. It was also peaceful and quiet for some downtime - nice views of farmland and a wood side creek, too!
