We enjoyed this charming and well planned accommodation for 30 nights. It provided us with all the comforts we could imagine. The shower had great pressure and the water was hot, having a washer and dryer was so convenient and the double bed was quite comfortable. Our host was available when needed and provided fresh linens and a cleaning each week. The best part was the balcony with two upholstered chairs and an amazing view. The only downside to this condo is its location in Altavista. My husband and I are both in our 70's but we managed the steep hills and stairs at least twice each day... it was quite the workout. Uber was certainly an option which we used when moving our luggage. Checking in and out was easy and the access codes were provided well ahead of time. Our host was also kind enough to give us early access as we arrived in PV early in the day. Our thanks for a lovely home to stay during our winter vacation.

The condo was great! Perfect space for a few days stay. The view was top notch and had all of the amenities that we required for a short stay. Jill answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made us feel right at home.

Really enjoyed my stay at this new apartment with a great deck and view of downtown and the ocean! Rooftop pool was lovely with amazing views. The property was clean and the people that owned units were friendly and helpful! Getting back is a bit of a hike from old town but good way to work off all the tacos! I will be staying here again!

Great apt, great host, still working out some kinks. The apartment is impeccably decorated, views are amazing, and the pool is lovely. It cannot be overstated how steep the hill is to reach the building. While it is only a few blocks from town, it is not an easy climb, we would mostly walk down and uber back up. Small things were not quite up to speed, one major appliance was out of order, some cleaning supplies lacking, nothing major but things that you would expect to see in a unit this nice. Unfortunately out of the 5 days we were there, 2 days we did not have power or water. This is not the building’s fault but is worth noting. It led to us flying home without taking a shower and with a suitcase of wet clothes as the power went off between the washer & dryer cycles doing laundry before we flew. Again, the host is lovely and it is not their fault that the neighborhood kept losing power and water, but guests should be aware that they may be paying a high rate to sit in the dark. Definitely recommend charging up your power banks before arrival just in case.

The building and condo were very new, with a fantastic view. Be prepared for a hike up some steep roads or get an Uber for a few dollars.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful new condo with gorgeous views from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and fitness room. The walk to town is short but does require quite a few stairs. However, we enjoyed the walk and Ubers and taxis were plentiful if we did not feel like hoofing it.

We loved our overview room with balcony!The stroll up to the condo was challenging for some in our group although taxis were very easy to get if you’re not up for a late night workout!
