Nomada is a brand-new boutique collection of just 28 homes, ideally situated in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a sparkling infinity pool with 360º ocean views, cabanas/sunbeds, multiple lounge chairs, hammocks, and a BBQ area.

Neighborhood
Nomada building has a privileged location in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Located 5 min. walking from the famous Playa de los Muertos, where you can enjoy beach clubs, bars, water sports, and other activities. You will have access to exclusive shops, art galleries, theaters, nightclubs, and excellent culinary options within walking distance.

You can visit the Los Muertos pier where you will find water taxis that will take you to the secluded beaches of the south coast such as Las Animas, Yelapa, and Caletas.

Situated a little up on the hill, you will enjoy a picturesque setting, offering stunning views of its surroundings.

Getting around
You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is walking distance to everything you need. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other things to note
***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 18 years or older. No children are allowed. The responsible renter for the reservation needs to be at least 25 years old.

*** Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min.

***This unit has an all-in washer/dryer. The clothes are completely dried with small loads only.

Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm for deep cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE:
The use of the grill requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD ($500 MXN), payable at reception.

There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
