Large Living Room with 70" LED TV. Fully stocked kitchen with major appliances, 4 Queen size bed, 1 king size bed, two bunk beds to sleep max 14 guests. The house is conveniently located 5 minute walk to beach for sunset and sunrise and 5 minute drive to Moody Garden and major attractions.

From the very get-go, the hosts were responsive to our inquiries and concerns and even checked in with us half way through our 5 night stay to make sure we didn't need anything. The location was great as we were a stone's throw from the beach AND Moody Gardens. The home provided plentiful seating for our multi-family group. We enjoyed our stay so much and used ALL the amenities that were available to us. We plunged into the pool, soaked in the hot tub, burned a fire in the fire pit and lounged under the gazebos in the morning for coffee and a couple times for meals. We did not want for anything and our experience was over the top! Thank you!

Everything was great, the kids enjoyed it all. Especially the pool and the older ones loved the jacuzzi as well. Loved the location, Walmart was right down the road. Thank you very much.

Nice home overall. Plenty of space for guests to sleep.Close to beach, Pleasure Pier, and local eateries. Home looks like the photos. Enjoyed the patio area. Checkin and checkout was smooth. The homeowner responded promptly. Kitchen fully stocked. Neighborhood not bad, just old, so some guests may view it as a little sketchy.Older home so you have to know how to maneuver with the shower in the master bath. Also, the base of the shower head was coming apart and and the handle / knob was very loose. The water gets hot fast, so be careful.The pool could have been cleaner. It had green algae along the pool walls and scattered around the bottom of pool.

Girls Weekend

We had a great time. The pool was perfect and very clean. Outdoor seating met suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of beds for our group of 7 - could easily have accommodated more. We were very happy just hanging out at the house- we never felt a need to leave. The property manager was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Cons: We couldn't find washcloths for showering. The linen closet in the bunk room was disorganized and difficult to rummage through. Would recommend adding umbrellas around pool as we often wanted to visit with people in pool as we were sitting in chairs surrounding the pool. It would have added more shade during those really hot hours.

Back yard paradise

Check in and out was super easy. Old home but quiet neighborhood close to sea wall and convention center. There was no ice but 2 bags were left in the freezer for us to use. The refrigerator stopped cooling but my email to the manager was answered promptly. I just had to unplug and replug it in to reset the computer. The pool and hot tub was the highlight of our trip! The ocean was very rough and there was tons of seaweed so we just spent the whole day in the backyard, relaxing. There were plenty of beds, so everyone had their own place to sleep. House was clean and well kept and stocked with everything we needed. The best part was we did not have to do any cleaning to leave. All we had to do was carry out our trash. A great place to stay!

Great Multi-Family House!

The house was great for our crew! We had multiple families staying, but there was plenty of space. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The kids loved swimming in the pool while we relaxed in the hot tub. Having updated appliances was such a great feature too!

Great House

We normally stay at the owner's other house, but it was already booked so they told us about this one. Now we can't decide which house we like more. They even surprised us with some goodies for being recurrent visitors!

Anniversary Celebration

This home was everything we needed and more for our family. Every inch was sparkling clean, the kitchen had more than enough dishes, utensils and was the perfect size. The bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. Bed were all comfortable and perfect for our children. The outside area, with the very clean pool and hot tub enabled our grandchildren to stay busy and have so much fun. Even though the weather was a bit cool, the pool was used daily. There was plenty of outside furniture, allowing is all to relax. The only negative was that we had to leave to go home! We loved the central location, close to the beach and other attractions in Galveston. It was easy to get in touch with Anna and Juan. You will love this Galveston jem.

Undisclosed cameras

There were cameras that were not disclosed on the rental agreement. We didn’t find out about them until two days before our stay, which was too late to cancel at that point. Had we known about the cameras at the time of looking for a property, we might not have booked this home. Within fifteen minutes of removing the hot tub cover, we received a text from the owner with hot tub instructions and rules. The timing felt like they were watching and listening in on us. During our stay, the owner showed up to do maintenance and brought an additional person on the premises. We thought it was inappropriate for the owner to drop in during the time we were paying for the property, and we didn’t feel like we were able to tell them no.

Nice, comfortable, everything we needed

Very nice house, everything we needed.Clean and neatly put together. Plenty of options for sitting inside and outside. Beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels to use. Washer and dryer on site was very convenient. Also had a variety of lizards or geckos roaming the patio a majority of the time. They weren't bothersome, just were openly present.

Nice house, spacious for 14 people. Bunk bed room stayed warm even at night
. you have to check out earlier than listing states during peak season, should be changed on site or Atleast put in the description. Hot tub didn’t have directions to work and couldn’t get it under 106.

Great Place to Stay.

Property was enjoyable. The property reflected how it was represented. However, the hot tub was too hot for our guests to use. (Someone stopped by to check it and also performed some pool maintenance while we were there.) Otherwise, everything was ok. Everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor area.

Great Family Getaway

We took our grown children, their kids, and my mother for a 4 night vacation. The house was amazingly clean and well appointed. The owners communicated very professionally and promptly. The back yard was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much!

Great house and location

I think the only complaint we have is the bunk bedroom was very warm. But other than that we had a fabulous time house is spacious pool is amazing deck chairs, everything that you need to have a great time is in this house convenient to stores the beach. Juan was great with communicating, answering any questions, and working with us!!
