SAFETY:
★ PLEASE watch your step and proceed up/down SLOWLY on the spiral staircase leading to the loft!
★ Our home may not be suitable for guests with small mobile/crawling children due to the "floating" staircases.
★ Please note, this is a four level townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access each level. Our home might pose accessibility challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs.

ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire townhome & beach area (no lifeguard on duty) in the Tower Shores community. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets - one on the 4th floor and one off the back deck.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Coastal Crush is situated on the quiet northern tip of Bethany Beach. Our home is conveniently located in the middle of it all! Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches are a short drive north while the town of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are directly to our south.

Tower Shores beach is a private, non-guarded beach. All renters and their guests should swim at their own risk. There is a handicapped accessible ramp at Dune Road.

While we do offer high speed Wi-Fi, outages may occur in the area. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hot spot.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to provide a valid ID that matches the name of the person that made the reservation and a "selfie". Check in information will not be given out until that is received.
