Un charmant Beach Condo 3ème maison de l'océan

Ce charmant condo de 2 chambres est à quelques pas de la plage. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse couverte ou promenez-vous sur la plage privée. Ce condo de 2 chambres (connu par les amateurs de plage comme le dauphin vert) est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu. C'est dans une communauté pittoresque située dans un bâtiment partagé par seulement 3 autres unités. La cuisine complète est lumineuse et aérée et la salle familiale est spacieuse et confortable avec un canapé-lit gigogne et des chaises confortables pour se détendre. Une des chambres a un lit queen et l'autre chambre a un lit superposé gigogne.

Le balcon couvert est parfait pour profiter d'un repas en famille ou simplement se détendre. Il a une table, des chaises et une vue sur la plage. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure et un bain de pieds séparé. Un parking est disponible sous l'unité pour une voiture et il y a de la place dans l'allée pour une autre voiture. Mike's Fish Camp est un restaurant au bout de la rue (très pratique) - il sert le déjeuner et le dîner.

Le Green Dolphin n'est qu'à trois maisons de la plage, ce qui offre un accès pratique et rapide à la plage privée. Son excellent emplacement offre un accès rapide au centre-ville de Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey ou Ocean City. Il est suffisamment proche pour accéder à toutes les émotions mais suffisamment éloigné pour profiter de la paix et de la tranquillité.

Il y a une plage d'État située à côté de notre plage qui permet aux véhicules de conduire sur la plage et permet également de pêcher directement depuis la plage. Il y a des tonnes d'activités pour adultes et enfants à seulement quelques minutes.

Il y a plusieurs épiceries situées à 5-10 miles et n'oubliez pas tous les fabuleux magasins d'usine disponibles à Rehobeth et les jolis magasins de plage près de la promenade Bethany!

Bethany Beach est une communauté balnéaire très calme avec un centre-ville pittoresque et une atmosphère familiale. Notre communauté à Tower Shores offre toutes les commodités des villes balnéaires, mais aussi une plage privée et un excellent emplacement.

Si vous voulez vraiment que vos vacances soient parfaites, avec un excellent emplacement, des voisins sympathiques et une atmosphère décontractée confortable, séjournez au Green Dolphin.

Great rental for our family of four! The weather didn't cooperate the whole time but the fantastic porch made for a great spot to hang out and have game nights. The outside shower was utlized daily to clean off sand and it even had hot water too. Very convenient location to beach and restaurant. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with as needed. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Getaway

We have been staying here for many years now and it is always a wonderful time. Nothing beats being able to walk less than 5 minutes and have your feet in the sand! The neighborhood is quiet and the house has everything you could need. Thank you again for your hospitality and hope to return soon!

We'd happily return to this apartment! The location (if what you want is to be extremely close to the ocean) is hard to beat, and the porch area is incredible--we were out there for hours each day. It's a very short drive to groceries and the heard of Bethany, and a wide range of other stuff is very accessible. Owner was very responsive to our messages (not that we had any major issues to deal with during our stay).

Erin is super easy to work with and responds quickly. The unit is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a vacation. Super close to the beach. We used the porch a lot along since it had a nice breeze as well as the large outdoor shower. We plan to return!

My family loves Bethany Beach. This was one of the better condos we stayed in. Very close to the beach, private community. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Gracious host and communicates very well. Highly recommended!

Nice unit in 4 Plex, very close to beach access. Most appropriate for 2 adults and 1-2 kids. Outside deck area really nice way to expand floor soace

Perfect girls getaway

I still can’t get over how lovely our stay was. We were literally a couple houses down from the beach (which was amazing) and close to shops. We all felt safe in the community and spent many nights sitting outside on the deck. Our condo neighbors were also super nice, so that was a plus!! The space was perfect for our group, and we would 100% go again:)

Can’t be beat!

Perfect spot to stay with 2 younger kids - 1 minute walk to the private, less crowded beach which allowed us to easily leave for lunch or snacks back at the house without having to pack everything up - quiet neighborhood but still only a short drive to both boardwalks. Easy communication with the host and a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor deck for cocktails at night. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our family. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and in very good condition. The covered porch is a great extra for just relaxing or for meals, and especially in case of rainy weather. During our stay two of the other three units were occupied by the friendly owners - the whole neighborhood is a very friendly place. And the house is less than a minute walk to the beach (and the beach had plenty of space to spread out safely in this time of social distancing). Thanks Erin, we hope to return this Fall!

Lance and I live and work in Virginia but come to the beach as much as we can. We have 3 kids who love coming down here to hang out at the beach and visit their grandparents. We all enjoy boating and fishing and the kids love to skim board and just hang out at the beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We choose Bethany because the kid's grandparents moved here and we wanted the kids to be able to come down and visit their grandparents as much as possible. We choose our condo in Tower shores because of the location and proximity to the beach. We fell in love with the community and have abeen enjoying it for over 20 years.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best benefit is the private beach and how close it is! Our beach never gets as crowded as the public beaches and it is very clean.

The community is also nicely maintained and has a small community feel which we love.
