The recent estimation is 73 deer per square mile (in Wildwood). Thanks for choosing our place. Come stay again.

Miranda, I’m very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our place. If you were having this many concerns, you should have reached out to me during your three day stay. My maintenance guy was not available until the morning of your arrival and he was delayed so he showed up shortly after you checked in. I would assume you would have preferred sitting on a new toilet seat rather than one that had just recently been broken by my past guest. The nails that you referred to that are bent over a door with a green light flashing behind are to secure the door to the hot water heater and furnace area. My guest do not need access to that area. Rather than putting a lock on it that my HVAC guys cannot access, I have the nails bent over the top of the door. The green light you saw flashing is on the bottom of the water heater. I’m assuming you had to get down on your knees to look up the louver door to see that green light. As far as parking on the street goes, that is mentioned in the listing. I have a medical traveler, staying on the main floor for up to six months or more. Therefore, they do have the use of the carport rather than my lower level guests , who only stay a few days. Most of my guests appreciate the multiple sleeping areas that I have available. The small twin bed in the large walk-in closet area has been appreciated by many families with teenage children who have used that bed. While I will admit it is unusual to have a bed in a large walk-in closet, the room is 6 feet wide by 20 feet deep so there’s plenty of room in there to use that space for one additional bed for my guests. You would’ve paid much more than what you paid us to stay in a hotel room with much less space. If you stay at another VRBO and are having multiple concerns, I would reach out to the host and communicate with them to see what could be remedied to make your stay more enjoyable. We allowed you an early check-in, at no extra charge. We asked you mention that in your review. You replied "oh, I will review my stay". We've NEVER received a one-star review. I'm sorry to hear you were so terribly disappointed. You could have left immediately and received a refund, if our place was that bad. Most of my reviews are very top notch. I am a VRBO Premiere host. The listing does state that you can hear the "guests" on the main floor (as you would in an apartment setting). I hope your future stays are better. I will make every effort to address the issues you mentioned in your review. God Bless.
