This was a super cute place to stay. We did struggle to get hot water in the shower but overall we had a great stay!! Also appreciates the bananas, water and cinnamon rolls that were provided!!

I’m sorry about the experience of the hot water from the shower, may I ask what is went wrong? No hot water or the shower set temp issue? Or anything else?

We stayed with 2 children for one night, and this was perfect for us. It was clean, functional, and stocked with anything we might need. The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again if we are in town.

Very clean, conveniently located, close to highway, shopping and restaurants. Extra things that were nice that I noticed- coffee/ cream there, shampoo and a first aid kit. The fruit and water the host left was a nice surprise.

Miles was an excellent host! My reservation was last minute and he promptly answered my questions. He checked in mid week to see how everything was going. Appreciated the "welcome" fruit and snacks. Comfy bed, great rain shower! Thanks Miles!

We've staying in a LOT of rentals and this is probably THE CLEANEST place we've ever stayed! It is also a very quiet neighborhood with comfy beds so we got great sleep. Highly recommend!

From the minute we walked in the front door, we knew this place was perfect for us. Everything was so clean!! It had everything we needed and then some. Most definitely will stay here next time we're in St Louis.

If easy parking, a quiet neighborhood, overall cleanliness, clean shelves and drawers, comfortable furniture, and comfortable beds appeals to you then this is your place to stay. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. Miles takes his role as host very serious. The kitchen had enough dishes for our needs. Plenty of coffee, tea etc. Some pantry items were available too. Each of the bedrooms have 2 nightstands. Closets had plenty of hangars. We used the laundry facilities in the basement and they were also very clean. We ran both the furnace and AC (typical MO weather in April) during our stay. The HVAC system was also very clean. The motion detector lights in the driveway and porch were much appreciated too. Thanks for a great stay.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner, more well kept place ever. Host was amazing and very responsive. Perfect place to stay while we visit family. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful cozy house, very clean and comfortable. Host was very available and accommodating. The host left water and fruit for us, which was very appreciated after a day of travel. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Very clean modern bath. Check in was easy and convenient. Close to Wash U and easy access to the city. Would stay again.
