Whether you are in town for one or many sports events, community events, or just mixing in leisure with business, we have an exceptional home that can house multiple families in one place for ultimate convenience, comfort, and much fun indoor and outdoor! Situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac, home has a beautiful curb appeal with 3 car garage and RV parking on property. This wide lot boasts luxury living on 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 separate living rooms, and can sleep up to 15 individuals. Indoor comfort is beyond great but the outdoor oasis is where the true fun begins! Built to keep everyone happy under one roof: new pickleball court (2024), putting green (2024), pergola, large pool, hot tub/jacuzzi spa, outdoor fire pit area, pergola, foosball table, indoor and outdoor dining , indoor fireplace, a steam shower, and so much more!

We are situated equidistant in middle of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Gilbert as a close hub to all things Arizona has in store for you! We would have rated this home 9/10 but that wasn't an option. We are a family of 14 - 8 adults and 6 children who stayed in this home. It fit our needs very well. We were impressed with the layout of the house and the backyard. The pickleball courts and pool were a particular hit with our family. There were a couple of issues but Suzie was pleasant to deal with and accessible by phone/ text. We appreciated her response to the issues.Overall an enjoyable place to stay with a family.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not as AdvertisedOur experience at this property was far from what was advertised and extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The rental was not clean—we walked into dirty floors, grimy windows (which we had to personally spray and wipe down), and a pool that was unusable until we cleaned it ourselves. This is not what anyone should have to do on vacation.A window shutter literally fell off during our stay, which was both unsafe and unacceptable. The refrigerator was broken, so we had to go out and buy ice and use coolers just to keep our food from spoiling. Additionally, a key amenity listed in the description—a portable baby crib—was missing, which forced us to purchase a pack-and-play on our own.To make matters worse, there was no hot water. We were traveling with two babies, and they were unable to bathe and ended up having to sleep somewhere else for their own comfort and hygiene.This rental was completely misrepresented in its listing. We expected basic cleanliness and functional amenities, and instead we had to do cleaning and damage control just to make the space livable. I do not recommend this property unless serious improvements are made, and I hope the owner and VRBO take accountability for the state of this rental.

Anniversary getaway

We were looking for a beautiful place with a pool and pickleball court. When we showed up, we got so much more. A fire pit, putting green, two covered areas. One for lounging and another for watching tv and enjoying everyone's company. We spent a lot of nights listening to music and playing games. The pickleball court on site was full size with lots of room to spare. We drilled as much as we could. Inside had multiple rooms to enjoy the game as well as a beautiful kitchen for meal prep. Master and 2 bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. More than enough space. Big thank you for hosting us at your amazing place. Can't wait to come back and create even more memories.

Family vacation

Suzie is a wonderful host - very responsive to all of our needs/wants and handled everything we had questions about quickly and efficiently. There were a couple things that weren’t as we had expected and she dealt with them in a timely and above and beyond manner. House is spacious and clean as advertised. The backyard is simply the best - great pool, kids and adults loved the pickleball court and mini golf area and the outdoor eating area is where we ate all of our meals. Safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood which was a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend this property for a family/multi-family vacation!

Wonderful stay

Pickleball court and backyard were great to keep our large group of family and friends busy. Plenty of space for celebration our daughter’s graduation with a large group of people. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Definitely like staying on your own private resort!

Beautiful backyard

This property is exactly as it looks. The backyard is fantastic. Pickleball court and golf putting green was used a lot by the teenagers and adults staying. The pool is beautiful and well kept. It was heated when we were there which was nice. Hot tub was nice to have in morning and nights. You do have to text the owner to turn it on each time which isn’t ideal but she was super responsive. Inside there are five bedrooms. Four of them have queen beds and one king with a kids bunk. This house would be hard to fit 15-17 as suggested. There are three pull out couches , one was broken when we stayed so that made one person sleep on the floor. These couches are not in private spaces so it loud and bright early in the am. Just fyi for whomever you would put on those couches to sleep. The kitchen is small but nice - the handle in one shower was broke which she mentioned. The handle in the other upstairs bathroom is super difficult to turn. The fridge when we got there was beeping. Constantly so after calling the owner she had someone come to get that shut off. We did not have ice or water from the fridge while we stayed which was kind of a bummer. We went out to buy ice. The fire pits did not have much instruction and we never did get them to light. Also the fan outside would not turn off - we replaced the remote batteries & still wouldn’t work. There are some little things that need to be worked out with this property but overall we loved our stay & I’d rent again

Total Package

A great Pickleball court, beautiful sparkling pool with new floaties, outside covered space and music available, a putting green and a house that was plenty big for our group. Everything was just so great for us and Suzie is the best host ever checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was complicated and we enjoyed the convenient location for shopping too. We prepared easy family meals in the good-sized kitchen. We played so many games of Pickleball making it a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our plans

My sister wanted to go somewhere warm for her 70th and just relax. This property gave her that and the rest of us some fun activities when we needed. Close to shopping and ball games when she was done relaxing. The 6 of us fit perfectly. Would have liked larger pans for cooking but made due.

Amazing property!

The house was clean, lots of room, very clean pool and very fun pickle ball court. We could watch the hockey game in front of the outdoor fireplace, eat breakfast at a big outdoor table, relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. The big hit for the grandkids was the pool. We never had to look leave, so it was perfect to get together with our kids and grandkids since we are a mix from US/ Canada. I highly recommend this place!

This property was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and putting green were so fun to use. It was a property made for outdoor living. Arizona has the cold as well as the hot, the big open spaces to do outdoor hikes biking and even skiing! We picked Mesa to be the best hub to all city, cultural, and wild outdoor adventures you can come acrooss. Simply 20 minutes to all great cities such as Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Gilbert you still can do life as grand as you want to and have a solid home base!

We have a gorgeous layout made ideally for 2+ families to travel together and bask in ultimate comfort with nothing spared when it comes to amenities. We are big on family entertainment and pickleball recently, so the backyard of fun has to have that. Just built pickleball court and redesigned the backyard to include putting green and a family oasis to entertain day in and night!
