Our well appointed home is centrally-located within walking distance (0.8 mi) to Douglas Beach, a short bike/drive to the acclaimed Oval Beach and just across Lake Kalamazoo from downtown Saugatuck! Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the peaceful screened-in porch. Gather for an al fresco meal in our outdoor dining space.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs, but be sure to explore all the fantastic dining options and quaint shops in the downtowns of Saugatuck and Douglas, both under 2 miles from the house or a short chain ferry ride across the river.

The main house comfortably sleeps 8 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. There is 1 bathroom on the main floor and 1 bathroom upstairs. There is an optional 1 bed/1 bath (full) on the property and available for an additional charge (please see additional photos and inquire about availability). Comfortable living space, WiFi included, ample outdoor space for lawn games, chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and parking for 2 cars. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are available for our guests’ use as well.

There is an optional, gated and air conditioned guest house for larger parties, which sleeps 4 (1 queen bed + queen sleeper sofa), has its own full bathroom, kitchen and screened in porch. The guest house is accessible via a shared walkway and is a secluded and private space. The guest house has its own dedicated parking spot, a gated entrance, and a lovely private courtyard.
