The Space:
Freshly updated and tastefully decorated, this spacious two-story villa offers plenty of room for family and friends to spread out. The open living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach, with access to the private back patio and yard. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook your favorite meals, while the dining area provides seating for the whole group.

The property was beautiful, immaculately cleaned, tastefully decorated, and a great location near Coligny and a short walk to the beach. The amenities were thoughtful and appreciated, from the welcome snacks to the beach wagon and chairs. Communication with the management company was superb! It was all we could have hoped for. Fantastic rental!

This rental is a short walk to the Beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Loved Coligny area which has multiple places with live music. The Rental has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. All of the beds were comfy and the bathrooms modern. Comfortable living area and good size kitchen. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Loved having a wagon and beach chairs to use. All in all a very functional and nice place to stay on Hilton Head.

Perfect for our family getaway!

We loved staying at this property! Clean, comfortable, very well-appointed, and a fabulous location! We rented bikes just up the street and biked everywhere. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride. We loved walking our dog over to the beach and we enjoyed the natural beauty of the area. We look forward to renting this property again - just perfect for our family!

Always a great stay here!

This was our 4th stay at this property, and it was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and a short and easy walk to the beach. Property manager was very communicative with a maintenance issue that needed to be done during our stay and this did not disrupt our stay at all. Beds are comfortable and (other than a dish rack!) this home has everything you could need for a great trip to Hilton Head!

Beautiful location

We had a great week in Hilton Head. The condo was spacious and big enough for my family. 2 adults and 4 kids over 16. We didn’t bring our dogs but the place was super dog friendly. It was less than a mile walk to Coligny circle and about 1/4 mile walk to beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fun week at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our week long stay at Ocean Breeze. The main level is nicely updated with comfortable sitting areas. The master bed upstairs was also super comfortable! The beach toys, cart, and chairs were easy to take up to the beach- even with a small child. The close proximity to one of the pools was also a huge plus, though the larger, main pool was nicer. Overall a great week!

Enjoyable Hilton Head Stay

This property is everything described in the description. It is centrally located for all activities HH has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the beds were very comfortable. October was a great month to be in HH because the weather was great, not crowded and the beach is dog friendly. Rob was a great host that responded quickly to all of our needs and questions before and during our stay.

Loved the place but, cleaning crew did an awful job!

Decor and house is lovely. Cleaning crew was slack ! fridge drawers had spilled soda. floor was filthy, sand in sheets in downstairs bedroom, mildewed shower liners. Reached out to property manager to get a mop and never heard back. We ended up mopping floors with a towel on 1st day!

Good location, nice amenities, great layout for family. 3 couples, so the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths worked great! Nice kitchen with the basics, everything we needed. There were a couple of issues, the biggest on was cleanliness. The rugs and carpeting upstairs had not been swept, there was dog fur from previouus renters everywhere! We were finding hairballs all week long :( And after a minor electrical issue that required us to remove a mirror from the wall (per the owner's instructions) to access the electrical panel, we discovered black mold behind the mirror! So some more thorough cleaning would have been nice. But overall, we enjoyed our time here!

Good not great

We booked a last minute getaway to Hilton Head and this was the best of the available properties. I read the reviews about the cleanliness of the rental but chose to book anyway and hope they had changed their cleaners. The rental was clean, there were a few little things I noticed but nothing major. When we arrived the TV was on and there was someone else's name on the check-in information so we got worried they had double-booked the rental and someone else was there. Thankfully it was just a mix-up but it did not start our stay off on the best note. Plus the kitchen trash can was broken. After these first few hiccups we had a really nice stay and would stay again. The rental manager responded quickly to all questions.

Dirty!

We just stayed at the property at the end of July and the location and set up of the condo were great, however, the condo was filthy. I understand they allow dogs (we brought ours) but since we pay an extra animal fee, I expected that fee to be used towards cleaning and it wasn't. I vacuumed the entire condo upon arrival (the vacuum cleaner was also disgusting) and had to wipe down the entire kitchen because it was sticky and clearly not done. The upstairs master bedroom smelled like animal urine. The washing machine broke and flooded the carpet and leaked into the kitchen through the ceiling. We had to waste an entire day waiting for the carpet to get cleaned and then waiting on a washing machine repairman. I told the property manager about the cleanliness problem when he came to clean the carpet, but he did not seem to care. I also told him that the main floor bathroom sink was clogged, and he did not repair that. Luckily, we were able to plunge it and get it to go down. I wish I would have trusted the other reviews that warned me about the cleanliness.

Great Value, Dog Friendly and 7 minute walk from the Beach

We were happy with our stay at Ocean Breeze, the location was great, only a 7 minute walk to the beach. The first floor was updated and a great space for the family to gather. We loved the pools on the property and often had the pool all to ourselves. It was also a great property for bringing our golden doodle, she loved the morning walks to the beach and meeting new friends on the property. We were a little disappointed on how dirty the floors were throughout the condo. The floors had dust bunnies in the corners and appeared to have not been cleaned or vacuumed. So we spent an hour or two vacuuming the whole place, which is not ideal on vacation. We communicated this with property management and they are having some issues with their housekeeping team. When we vacuumed we noticed the canister was completely full, so we emptied it. After we finished vacuuming the entire condo, the canister was half full again!

Great location and property

5 stars , property managers were very helpful, let them know the dryer didn’t work very well, couple days later a new dryer was delivered. Very dog friendly area, beach was less than 10 minutes walk away. Lots of place to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Will definitely be back
