Nauti Flamingo is beautiful 2br/2ba waterfront home, with one of a kind views of Dog Island and Bird Island. Open floor plan living room and kitchen, coastal decor throughout house, large flat screen above the decorative fireplace, and another for gaming. This property sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a double over double bunk with a trundle bed in the second bedroom and a double pull out bed in the sofa in living room. Both bedrooms have full size ensuite bathrooms as well. Large laundry room with storage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed make a home cooked meal from pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, Air Fryer and a Keurig coffee maker. Explore the bay by kayak or paddle board and see the abundant adversity of sea life that calls our area home. From fiddler crabs, stingrays, porpoises,manatees, sharks, mullet, redfish, and much more! End your day grilling on the gas grill located on the porch, which has a swing where you can relax and enjoy a drink while watching the mesmerizing sunsets that Carrabelle is known for having. This home is less than 2 miles to Lanark Market boat ramp, 1 mile to the American Legion and less than 5 miles from Carrabelle's finest dining establishments and downtown shops.

This home has a package/suitcase elevator to help bring your belongings/groceries up stairs.

This home is pet friendly with a 1 pet maximum, pet must be 20lbs. or under.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nauti Flamingo. The house was great and had everything we needed. We saw so much wildlife river otter, dolphins, crabs, starfish, stingrays, eagle, and a bonnet head shark. Location was good for visiting surrounding areas. Highly recommend kayaking the Wakulla Springs river.

It was a perfect home and location! Being able to sit on the back porch every morning and evening to watch the sun come up and go down was amazing. And the kayaks were an added perk. It was so fun having the beach to walk down and the shallow water to explore. The home renovation is way more beautiful in person. A perfect home. We will be back! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Such an incredible house! Everything was new and updated. Beautifully remodeled with high-end furnishings and appliances. Could not ask for a better location-just steps from the water and quick drive to wonderful restaurants in Carrabelle and Eastpoint. Also close to St. George Island. The boys really enjoyed the beach on St. George. Host was great to work with! Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautifully decorated and updated home with amazing views on the cutest, quiet private beach. We saw lots of crabs, horseshoe crabs, dolphins, stingrays, jellyfish, crucifix fish, hermit crabs, starfish, and sand dollars. We had everything we needed here, we only left to eat and to see the museums, lighthouse and alligator island and this home is in the perfect location for everything. Kayaks, beach cart, chairs, beach towels and so many other things are provided. The only negative thing I have to say is the grass was a little high, the floors were a little dirty (with a pet friendly home that’s to be expected though), and the towels and rags had hair all over them. It definitely was minor things that don’t really matter compared to all of the positives this home offers. We plan on coming back and staying here, this home was one of the reasons Carabelle is now our favorite place to go. Thank you so much for letting us stay for one of our most memorable vacations.

Great Place

This was our first time staying here. It was absolutely perfect. Close to everything and a beautiful view. We had the best time fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We will definitely stay here again!!

We can't say enough good things about the house. Steve has everything you could think of and more for furnishings and supplies. The place is gorgeously decorated. Definitely above and beyond ! Pleasantly surprised to find that they have a lift to get all of the baggage and like up to the house level, so no climbing stairs and lugging suitcases. Water views are great. All kinds of birds and was able to spot dolphins almost every day. Steve even has 3 pairs of binoculars ! All great for our dogs too.

Fabulous and Fun!

We totally enjoyed our stay and were pleased from the moment we first arrived. It was hard to leave when our stay was over. The house was beautifully decorated, provided all the comforts of home and the view of the beach never got old! The Nauti Flamingo is just a few miles from downtown Carrabelle and other places of interest. I highly recommend this lovely home if your looking for some beachy fun!

Pictures do not do this place justice!!! Perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Kids kayaked, hunted crabs on the beach and just enjoyed every minute. House is very clean and updated & has every small appliance you would need. Favorite is the Large Margaritaville Blender! Felt like home away from home! We definitely will book again!!

Great escape!

We had a great stay at this property over spring break. The house was even better than expected. The photos don’t do it justice! The beach was private. There is a campground next door, we were a little nervous about it, but the few encounters we had with the campers were all positive! We spotted dolphins, stingray, crabs, starfish, shells, and plenty of sun and beautiful white sand! Would absolutely stay again!

Nauti Flamingo Spring Vacation

We absolutely loved the house and location. I was a little skeptical because there weren't many reviews, but did some research and eventually booked. I am so glad that I did. The house was so much nicer than the pictures show. The location was amazing. I was afraid with this being more of a "bay" like area, I wouldn't see some of the wildlife I love so much. But we literally had dolphins feeding right in front of the house within 15 yards of the beach. We also saw stingrays, fish and a turtle and much more. There was some traffic from the RV park next door where people were walking their dogs. But we enjoyed seeing all the dogs and watching them play in the water. Our dog made some new friends too! Great house, great location, great vacation! Couldn't ask for more.

Place was great and we had a wonderful time. It could have been much cleaner. Many times when we rent in Caribbean in 3rd world we find cleaner. It wasn't filthy, but who wants to clean the place before you can relax?

Had a great time and its a great property! Family really enjoyed all the amenities and access to the beach. The only negative to speak of is the people walking their dogs in the yard and not picking up after. Nevertheless, can't wait to come back!!
