Le luxe rencontre l'abordabilité. Si vous cherchez un moment merveilleux à Maui, nous vous proposons un environnement luxueux, propre, agréable et confortable à un prix abordable. Cette chambre d'état de style chambre à coucher entièrement meublée pour deux (plus un enfant sur un pull si nécessaire) comprend HDTV, WIFI, A / C, un ventilateur de plafond, micro-ondes, cafetière et réfrigérateur / congélateur dans la chambre pour vous fournir tout le confort de la maison. Cette chambre spacieuse de 14 'X 16' dispose d'un lit king-size confortable et d'une belle salle de bains privative de 12 'X 12' avec douche debout et baignoire profonde pour deux personnes. La chambre est entièrement évaluable depuis votre propre entrée privée juste à l'extérieur de votre terrasse extérieure. Il n'y a pas de cuisine.

Pilates est également disponible par les propriétaires en studio maison.

Nous sommes situés à North Kihei, juste à côté de Piilani Hwy, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage, à 15 minutes à pied de Safeway et à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Nous ne sommes qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plupart des meilleures plages de Maui, de nombreux restaurants et discothèques, des épiceries et des magasins ouverts 24h / 24, du cinéma et de la bibliothèque. Les serviettes de plage, les draps et les chaises de plage sont fournis. C'est un bel endroit à un prix avantageux. Venez rester avec nous!

FYI: Adjacent à notre propriété, il y a un projet de construction en cours. Le travail M-F 7: 30-3: 30.

This place is in a good central location to explore the west side of Maui. It's mostly suited to spending your day out exploring and coming back in the evening. There is minimal hot water in the morning, have to request hot water. The microwave and eating utensils are in a room off the bathroom. The rest of the house has occupants and it's easy to hear the goings on.Downside is the constant traffic on the road beside and the Hwy a block away. Even during the night it doesn't stop. If you are used to city traffic it might not be a big deal but if you want a quiet place this isn't the place.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately there was a storm the weekend you were here affecting the solar hot water, and we can turn on the electric back up if notified when needed. As stated in our description we are in a local residential area, not resort, so locals are up early, hopefully you found the white noise machine in room. We hope you found good things to do in Maui as we tried to assist you with your inquires with ideas of things to do during the stormy weather.

This property was a wonderful place to stay comfortable bed and I guess all the amenities we needed plus a pool and hot tub. The location was also great close to everything close to beaches and food and shopping.

Awesome place!

Quiet, clean, and perfectly located. The bathtub was huge, the pool was warm, and everything was conducive to a great time on Maui! Highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay in Kihei

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO location. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Guests should know that they will hear street and highway noise, especially during "rush hour" times. We got used to it and it did not detract from our stay.

Clean, nice accommodations

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. It was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. There was a Keurig with pods for coffee, a small refrigerator with freezer and a microwave. This was not necessarily a central location, however, we were able to “pack for the day,” and it worked great for us. We also appreciated the beach towels left for our use.

Great central location, very comfy bed

The rental was exactly what we needed as we only use the room to sleep. Bed is extremely comfy and the AC blows cold. Tv works well and allows you to add your own streaming service in guest mode. The only complaints we had was the light switches are not in great places, there is a shared (locked) door to another rental that lets a lot of sound/smells through (dinner smells), and there’s no place to eat food or a nightstand to put your stuff on. Great property!

Comfortable and clean

Nice ground level big room with own entrance. Lovely huge ensuite bath. No kitchen but who wants to cook while on vacation 😉. All of the comforts you might need are there and owner was always very quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again. Thanks for the welcome basket upon arrival! A very nice touch.

Nice studio

This is a very cute studio that is part of a multifamily home and business. The studio is clean and charming. There were basic supplies and amenities as the listing states. The home is on a very busy street immediately off the main highway. The room is attached to an apartment next door. It was very nice that we were welcome with our small dog.

Absolutely darling!

We stayed for 8 nights in this adorable VRBO. My daughter and I were completely thrilled to find this place spotless…comfortable….and a safe place to vacation. The room was perfect…the bed was super comfortable …a small refrigerator for snacks and drinks….along with a microwave, dishes and utensils. Air conditioner works marvelously …and the pool in the backyard with the hot tub was a added bonus. I was so thrilled with everything when I first unlocked the door…til the very end when I locked the place for the last time. Dianne was extremely helpful and available for any questions or needs. We couldn’t have been happier and we can’t wait to book again and again in the years to come. Highly recommend this place for anyone with 2 or 3 guests.

Affordable master bedroom suite

I really enjoyed staying here, as Diana was very accommodating and made it easy to access the room, etc., even when she wasn't home. I thought it was awesome that she had beach towels and all kinds of things for guests to use -- that was great. For me personally, however, it just felt strange to feel like I was staying in someone's home! Although the master bedroom was sealed off and had its own entrance, you could still hear what was going on in other parts of the house. I also felt awkward because I never actually got to meet Diana. We only met her husband in passing because he happened to come home from work as we were leaving.

Clean Affordable Pet friendly Room!

We had such a great time in Maui! Visiting from Oahu, Its hard to find pet friendly rooms! We found this one and glad we did! The room had everything we needed. Exactly how it shows in the pictures and what is described. Short drive from the airport, Great neighborhood, Short walk/drive to the beach for amazing sunsets! Short drive to a lot of the shopping. Amazing 2 person tub to sit in after a long day of driving around the island. They also have a walk in closet with a cooler (You can get a big bag of ice at the gas stations), beach chairs, and beach towels which came in handy!! Diane the owner was great! Gave my husband great tips for stuff around the island. We will for sure rent this room out again soon for our next visit to Maui! Can't beat the price and the location!! Mahalo for a great stay! :)
