The accommodations were very nice. The condo could use some updating but over-all it was nice. The porch was my favorite overlooking the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very good experience. We had stayed in this condo (307) a few years ago. We were surprised that there was not a table and chairs in the lanai. It is always nice to have a meal, coffee in the morning or play cards/games out there. Now there is only a coffee table. Since we put a downpayment on this condo for next year it would be great if there was a table in it next time! Like I said, overall we had a good time and the condo is very nice. We have recommended Crescent Royal to friends and family and they all have enjoyed their stays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Siesta Key! We have stayed at Crescent Royale before and love the this area! Beach view from the lunia is awesome! This condo was not as clean as our prior visits.. the full size bed felt as if there was sand in the bed! It was very gritty.. we did ask for clean sheets and was given these very promptly. We found a dirty spoon by the sofa and a dead cockroach by the sofa.. on our 3rd day there, a live cockroach fell onto the table !!! We went to the store and bought spray as this was Sunday — we sprayed the entire condo and left for the day.. sprayed again that evening and found 2 more dead ones Monday morning.. I did notify the office Monday morning.. they offered to have their exterminator come up and spray the unit . Since we had sprayed 2x already I chose to not have them come in with commercial spray while we were staying there! We left Wednesday morning. I know cockroaches are around there. I’ve never had one in our condo before so this was upsetting! This was just unfortunate. Some of the family members were quite upset!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Crescent Royale. Great stay each time. We were very happy with this particular condo. A little more modern than some others we've seen. Excellent lanai.
