Guest Access:
This property features self-check-in. Check-in is permitted between 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. Guest are responsible for having their check-in instruction before arrival. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Getting Around:
Traverse City offers a variety of taxi services as well a Uber and Lyft. While a vehicle is not required to get around from this property, we find most guests will prefer this to be able to explore the region.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
âąNovember-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
âąMay-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
âąStrip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
âąDispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.
