The Space:

Stylish and family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in Traverse City’s desirable Old Towne neighborhood. This private, boutique-style unit features a fenced backyard and a rooftop deck, with no shared living walls and no units above or below.



The home offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, games, and comfortable seating, plus dining at both a large island and a small table. The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, full-length mirror, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.



Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, pack-and-play, kid-friendly dishware, and a guest bathroom with a tub. Guests will also enjoy hotel-quality linens, brand-new furnishings, and a full-size washer and dryer.



Walk or bike to the Boardman Loop Trail, Boardman Lake, Oryana Natural Foods, Traverse City Whiskey Co., restaurants, parks, and beaches. Quiet residential setting with easy access to downtown Traverse City.



Parking is street-only. Garage access is not available, and the alley is for short-term loading only. The primary bedroom closet is reserved for owner use.



Perfect for couples or families looking for privacy, comfort, and a prime Traverse City location.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. The cost for Safely is $55 for 1-29 nights, $299 for 30-59 nights, $389 for 60-89 nights, and $479 for 90-119 nights. All reservations will initially be charged a $55 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.

Guest Access:

This property features self-check-in. Check-in is permitted between 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. Guest are responsible for having their check-in instruction before arrival. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Getting Around:

Traverse City offers a variety of taxi services as well a Uber and Lyft. While a vehicle is not required to get around from this property, we find most guests will prefer this to be able to explore the region.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies.



CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

‱November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.

‱May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.

‱Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)

‱Dispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.

‱Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.

‱Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)

‱All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away.

‱Turn off all lights.

‱Lock the door.

Great condo close to downtown

This place was clean and new. The cute little patio outside a bedroom was fun to relax on. The kitchen was magnificent with all kitchen gadgets included. Close to everything as well.

Wonderful property and excellent location! The only recommendations for improvement are to leave more linens and towels out. Yes, there's a washer and dryer but I don't want to have to do a load every day. Checkout cleaning requirements are a bit much for the price paid. Property manager(s) were helpful and quick to respond when issues did arise. Overall, a great experience and would do again.
