This property is perfect for two couples looking for their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy access to the airport, downtown, and wineries on both peninsulas. When you visit, make sure you eat breakfast at the historic Round Inn two blocks north. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Perfect Homebase

Took a quick trip with the family to do some outdoor adventuring in the Traverse City area, and this was the perfect place for our family of 5. Modern, clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds and minutes from great restaurants and shopping.

With the exception of at check in, the condo housekeeping wasn't done due ro house keeper had an unexpected emergency. Got in touch with the property owner who responded quickly and sent someone to clean the condo perfectly and discounted our clean up fee. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Girls weekend!

We loved the inside of the condo - super bright and clean. Everything was as pictured and described. We loved that there were two bathrooms so that everyone in our girls group could get ready easily. I didn’t love the outside of the building or the look of the neighborhood- everything was a little outdated. The owner was great and we had fun!

Great stay in Traverse City

The apartment was immaculate, check in was easy, and communication with our hosts was prompt. We stayed in TC over 4th of July and appreciated using the TART trail to go downtown for the Cherry Festival festivities. The apartment is walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. The building is modern and quiet with easy parking. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. Based on the pictures, we could see that the pull out couch was pretty small so ended up bringing a travel mattress and that worked out perfectly since the couch would not have worked for 2 older children. Otherwise, the apartment was spacious and super comfortable.

Great experience

Condo was well organized, clean, and comfortable! Communication with host and directions were very clear. The atmosphere of the condo was welcoming and perfect for our family. Great access to trail and central location with ease to get to downtown Traverse City. We were also able to visit the surrounding areas such as Sleepy Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Old Sutton Bay, and Leland without too far of a drive. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and wonderful condo

This is a beautiful condo! Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our needs. We stayed for 10 days and it really felt like home away from home. The location provide very easy access to downtown Traverse City and all the many excellent restaurants and shops. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and kayaking. Seth and Amy checked in several times via message to make sure everything as going well. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Getaway

First impression, the building is beautiful, walk in and the entrance is safe with doors that need codes. Hallways super clean and welcoming, and we haven't even gotten into the condo. WOW was our first impression of the condo!! It looks much bigger than the square footage. They did an amazing job with every detail. Two bedrooms with own bathroom, kitchen had everything you needed. Sitting area was a nice size to sit and chat. Loved the decor, owners took their time making it feel very cozy and luxurious. Sat on the patio to have coffee, and it was nice and quiet. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Only thing we regret is not having more time to enjoy this place. We will be back and stay again. Thanks for the little extras!!

Amazing apt close to all Traverse City has to offer!

We had a wonderful month at this fantastic property. Everything was just perfect. The apartment was so clean and well appointed. Can see from the pictures how nicely decorated it is. Parking not an issue. The location is fabulous — right on the TART trail, only 1.5 miles to town (we walked it several times). Also easy walk to Boardman Lake. Hosts Seth and Amy are exceptional — easy booking, easy check in, detailed instructions about all (including WiFi!). They also checked in a couple times to make sure all was going well. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the property. 5 stars all the way around. We will definitely be back!

What a great place and super affordable.the location is awesome and near everything. We loved it. Even with 5 of us (2 small kids under 10) it was still very comfortable. Super clean and loved the balcony. AMY and SETH we're great to work with and helped us every step of the way! The only thing I wished for was a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms but it did make us hang together as a family alot more.. we will be back!!

I would totally recommend staying at the Tippie apartment!! It was decorated so cute, the apartment was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and it was conveniently located to the wedding venue! Seth and Amy were so easy to work with and available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here on another visit to TC!!!

Hello! My name is Amy and my husband Seth and I will be your VRBO host! We are currently located in Ohio on a few acres of land with views of horses, cows and corn! We have 3 beautiful children and our chocolate brown Goldendoodle, Coco. We are graduates of the University of Toledo (Go Rockets!) and The University of Dayton (Go Flyers!) Currently, my husband works at a local Air Force Base and I am an Elementary School teacher. In addition to being VRBO hosts, we spend time watching our children play sports, attending our local church, boating and tubing at our local lake, and spending our time with family and friends. Through our many travels as a family, from Michigan, to South Carolina all the way down to the Gulf Coast of Florida, we recognize that the place you stay and call home during your travels can make or break your trip.
