Our location provides easy access to most LA attractions without the high cost of living.
Centrally located in Los Angeles, just 30-40 minutes from Downtown LA, Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal, and the airport. Our private compound offers free parking (one space).
We own a private residential compound with separate units on the ground floor, each with its own entrance from the gated parking/driveway area.
Attached Guest House:
Available for rent either with the main house or separately.
The guest house is private and cozy, featuring:

âą 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom
âą Living room
âą Washer/Dryer (share)
Amenities include central AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Washer/Dryer. Enjoy the tranquility of your private retreat with the city life at your doorstep!
Nearby amenities include coffee shops, restaurants, Metro train station, grocery stores, and pharmacies, all within walking distance. We are also close to APU University and Citrus College.
If you value a pristine living space, then this house is tailored just for you: Leave outdoor shoes outside to prevent dirt and germs from entering. This simple habit effectively maintains the cleanliness and freshness indoors. We kindly ask that you adhere to this practice to ensure the upkeep of our place so our future guests can also enjoy a pristine living space too.

â Living Room: 1 Sofa Bed (Queen Size, Sleeps 2)
âą Total: Sleeps 4 individually, 6 maximum when sharing beds.
BATHROOM:
Our bathroom is uniquely designed to accommodate two people simultaneously. The shower and toilet have their own separate door, distinct from the area with two sinks, allowing up to three people to use the bathroom concurrently.
ACCESS:
This unit is situated on an upper level, and guests must be capable of climbing a spiral staircase for access. Â
LAUNDRY:
The laundry facilities are shared with the main house. Â
PARKING:
One reserved parking space is provided inside the garage, which measures 20 feet by 20 feet. For larger vehicles, free street parking is available as an alternative option.
HOUSE RULE:
No pets
No partying
No smoking (of any kind)
No vaping
No extra guest allow
$1000 fee applies if smoke (of any kind) is detected after check-out.
Only guest booked with us are allow at the property.
