Evergreen Lodge is a waterfront house on the Fulton Chain of Lakes half a mile from downtown Old Forge.
This 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house has 3 stories. First Level has Bedroom #1 with 1 Queen bed, Bathroom #1 with walk-in shower, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and 2 extra futon beds. Second Level/Main Floor has a dining room with fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, media room with double sleeper sofa, Bedroom #2 with 1 Queen bed, and Bathroom #2 with walk-in shower. A large South-facing deck overlooks the lake where you can enjoy the view while dining outside and using the gas BBQ grill. A closed in sunroom on this level also has an extra futon and is a quiet place to unwind. Third Level has Bedroom #3 with 1 Queen bed, Bedroom #4 with 2 Twin beds, and Bathroom #3 with bathtub.

This property offers a private dock where you can dock your boat or go fishing, a swimming area with a beach, and a firepit located near the lake. The swimming area is shallow and has a sandy bottom. There is a spacious lawn and plenty of parking.
