The open layout makes this home perfect for 1 large family, 2 small families or 3 couples with the capacity to sleep up to 7  comfortably.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed with new mattress for a great night's sleep.
The Second Bedroom has a King bed with new mattress.
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed and twin size bed. Both brand new headboards and mattresses.

The Master Bedroom is on the opposite side of the other rooms for added privacy and has a spacious walk in closet. The Master Bath has 2 sinks and a large shower. The Guest Bath has also been remodeled and has a large shower with convenient access to the pool/lanai. You don't have to go through the house to go to the restroom when you are in the pool!
Every room has a ceiling fan even the extra-spacious pool lanai. The covered lanai has plenty of room for the whole family with a table that seats 6 and 2 chaise lounges and comfortable outdoor couch. A Gas Grill is provided for the perfect outdoor meal if you can get the kids out of the pool!
There's no better place to relax after a day in the pool than the cozy, stylishly furnished interior that creates a feeling of island-style calm.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for any type of meal prep from a light breakfast to a holiday dinner. There are 3 bar stools along the island.  The separate dining table has seating for 6 more! There are plenty of places to spread out and hang out!
