Magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ© condo situĂ© sur Marco Island, FL Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Marco Island est juste au sud-ouest de Naples. Ce condo est de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue du JW Marriott, au quatriĂšme Ă©tage avec un pic au Golfe. L'unitĂ© est une chambre avec un lit king size, une salle de bain complĂšte et bien mise Ă  jour. La propriĂ©tĂ© est juste en face de l'entrĂ©e de la mĂȘme plage que les clients JW Marriott apprĂ©cient. Le condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour sur Marco Island - Tommy Bahama chaises de plage et parapluie, chariot, serviettes, jouets de plage et plus frais. Le complexe dispose Ă©galement d'une piscine chauffĂ©e et d'un court de tennis pour Pickle Ball. Si vous avez envie de cuisiner, la cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a un barbecue Ă  gaz au bord de la piscine que les clients peuvent utiliser et griller les outils dans le condo. Il y a de nombreux restaurants au petit dĂ©jeuner, au dĂ©jeuner et au dĂźner Ă  distance de marche. Venez Ă  San Marco Residences Parking GRATUIT et Wifi GRATUIT. Very convenient location, could walk everywhere I needed to go. Went to a conference at the Marriott and was right across the street. Walked to dinners and ice cream shops and putt putt course. We were right across the street from the beach access to and the pool was heated and great. The condo was comfortable and the bed was really comfy too.

Very nice modest place to stay clean, AC worked great..but it would be nice if they added shampoo conditioner and sheets would be white to look more modern. I mean place was very clean just little touches for it to look newer more modern.

Cute, clean and great location!

We loved our stay in this cute condo and would return and recommend. We found the size just right for the two of us. The condo was clean with a very comfortable king bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was conveniently located mid island and across the street from the beach access path. We also liked eating on the balcony. It is covered so if it rains you can still enjoy some outdoor time.

Great Condo and Location!

A great condo for our long weekend on Marco. Perfect location and great alternative to the expensive JW or other beachfront properties. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo had everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrella, etc
 nice little pool too! Easy parking and check in. Super clean! Will definitely look to stay again.

Great Location and Updated Unit!

You really can't beat the location for the price. It's DIRECTLY across the street from a public access to the beach - 5 minute walk down a tree lined path and boardwalk. The unit is just as shown, newly updated and clean. Very homey and relaxing. The pool and grounds are very nice and well maintained. I have three small nits which wouldn't change our decision to stay. First, it took a little prompting to get the check-in information and we received it day of. Would be nice to have a day or two ahead for peace of mind. Second, the traffic/road noise in the living room (where the sofa bed is if you use it) is surprisingly loud. Several times I checked to see if the sliding glass doors were open (they weren't). Might be good to invest in new, thicker glass/multi pane doors. Finally, and this is truly a nit, the lock on the door to the unit is pretty difficult to operate and requires some finesse and patience. Again, none of these would stop us from coming back, but more info is always better than less imo. Hope to come again!

Great location, clean and perfect size for the 2 of us

Long weekend escape from the cold was overdue. We have stayed at the JW Marriott but wanted to avoid crowds and conventions. We loved this condo right across the street- it has everything you need and the owner provided good communication.

Relaxing and Easy

Felt like home, easy to relax. Good location as beach entrance is directly across the street. It was clean and the furniture is in good shape. The owner provided all the needed info in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Modern & convenient!

Lovely condo - very comfortable, well-designed, easy 3 minute walk to the beach (access point is across the street), and it has everything you need. Great coffee shop across the street (in the Marriott) too. And the beach is fabulous!

Condo on Marco Island

Condo was immaculate and located close to a beach access. Well decorated and appointed.All items in condo were of high quality.A drawback-welcome letter doesn’t explain location of condo over retail establishments.There is no signage with name of condo. Important to note condo has no association with the Marriott chain.Biggest problem was both TV’s didn’t work. Owner called a handyman and he came after our checkout. A neighbor/friend of owner tried to help with TV for 30 minutes. No luck. BTW-AFC/NFC Championship games were on the night of arrival.Owner was easily accessible and easy to work with via phone and text.

San Marco Residences provides easy in and out access. You will love it!
