This beautiful condo has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We offer self check in, WiFi and Smart TV.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Blvd. Popotla. There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster in Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch.



Getting Around:

Playas de Rosarito does not allow ride-sharing platforms like Uber or Didi.

We recommend using your own vehicle or taking a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that your booking includes an additional charge labeled as a resort fee, which is an HOA-mandated fee. Upon arrival, the security guard will provide each guest with a wristband—this is a mandatory requirement for staying at the resort.

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay.

Guest list (6 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes. HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.

There's construction going on in the tower next door

Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 12pm

Don't worry your view won't be affected
