Great house. Lots of space and well-stocked kitchen. Ideal location if you’re interested in hiking Pinnacle Mountain or visiting the state park. Owner is very quick to respond. Carpets could be cleaned as there are a few stains and there is a sewer smell coming from the laundry room. Also, we would have enjoyed more channel options on the tv. Only thing available was HBO and we were not even able to access that half way through our stay. We were locked out of it, we assume when the owner was watching it. Overall though, this is a great, comfortable place to stay.

The location was very convenient for everything we planned to do on our visit. There is a steep drive but we didn’t have any issues. Rooms are very spacious & we enjoyed the sitting areas inside & out.

Lovely view, close to pinnacle

This is a very lovely comfortable house overlooking a pond, there are lots of birds you can see from right inside. it’s clean and safe and close to lots of trails, shopping and places to eat and even close to Walmart. Nicely furnished, great communication!

A get away

I liked the location and the view of the pool and wildlife. Having a back deck and fire pit was a plus. I felt the outside property needed some care. ( weeds in flower beds, steps were in need of repair.

Spacious, comfortable home very close to Pinnacle Mountain state park

This house was perfect for our family of 5, visiting for a wedding at my brother’s house on County Farm Rd. It’s so close to Pinnacle Mountain that I could easily get out to climb it in the morning before the wedding. The house is spacious and comfortable. The living room is a great space to relax with large windows looking out to trees, grass and a pond. It was nice to have large full size washer and dryer.

Quiet house in West LR

This house is perfect for large families & friends traveling or even hunting. We enjoyed the space but the beds listed vs what were present were definitely off. It listed 2 kings and only 1 was there. Also, bring your own TP because they only provide 1 roll on each bathroom. Other than that, it’s a good house and a 2 minute drive to Pinnacle Mountain.

Great location

My husband and I stayed at this property July 26-28. We hiked Pinnacle Mountain on the 27th and this place was 5 minutes from the trailhead, less than 5 minutes from the visitor center (get the ice cream, it’s yummy). The place is very much like the pictures. We caught 2 days of gorgeous sunsets from the living room windows. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft. The kitchen not only has all the dishes, pots and pans, and silverware you’ll need, but also some condiments in the fridge and a few seasoning items in one of the cabinets. Things I noted that could be improved: the baseboards and light fixtures were very dusty. The corner of the living room, behind one of the chairs was overlooked when vacuumed, as there were some tiny dead bugs in that corner. The windows were dirty with lots of smudges, which was very obvious during the sunset hours. The bathroom ceiling light did not work, but there were working lights above the vanities and in the shower. We also had to go hunting for towels, as there was only one in the bathroom. We did find some folded on top of the drier, along with bedding thrown in the laundry room floor corner. It’s a nice property and location. A little more attention to the little details like fit, finish, and cleanliness would make it worth a return trip.
