Punta Gorda Isles is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida with gulf access! It is located north of Fort Myers. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community. Many miles of picturesque canals wind through the community and offer fishing opportunities for its residents. Many exotic birds and other wildlife call PGI home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are located downtown available for all.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Ring Camera on front entry door. The garage is not available to guests.

Its recommended that you have a car for transportation for this area. There is no local bus. Uber services are available. Walking, biking and jogging is common within the community.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
