The house was lovely. Nice indoor and outdoor spaces. It was exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Paul was AMAZING as an owner and host. I’ve rented many many times from VRBO and he was by far the best when it came to communication and getting questions answered. I live 20 minutes from his home that I rented and will rent again for when family and friends come visit!

We had a wonderful stay here. House is very clean and at a great peaceful location. Pool was nice as was the dock area. Canal had tons of fish everywhere, even dolphins were playing around right off the dock. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay. The house is spacious and the pool area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon swims. The owner was very responsive to any questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing get away!

A get away for a New Year with old friends and this was the perfect house. 2 of the bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house which allows for privacy. Great outdoor pool area! Centrally located to everything-only 5 minutes to downtown. House had a great outdoor grill, kayaks, bikes and everything you can need for a nice break from the real world!

Great find, amazing stay

This was a great last minute accommodation for us, the host was great at communicating and even gave us the option of entering the property earlier than usual because the house was available. Overall very cleanly and nice space with all the listed amenities available and in working order.

Wonderful

We loved this house !! It was very clean beautifully decorated the location was perfect quiet and the lanai with a large tv and lots of seating was the best part with a great view of the canal which was like being on a point with three different waterways coming in. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent home! Perfect for family! Well appointed with everything we needed! Pool and lanai were so nice, thoroughly enjoyed spending time there! Pool floats were so nice! Comfortable beds! Easy access to grocery, restaurants!

Definitely a Piece of Heaven

We booked our stay as a family rental for our family to come see us, while we were visiting from California. The house was immaculate, a great lay out, and definitely has everything you need to cook and spend a great time with family. Paul is an excellent host and I would definitely book another stay if am in this area again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in PGI! The huge pool and spacious lanai were perfect for relaxing, and we loved being able to fish right out the back door in the large canal. The layout was great, with the master suite separate from the other guest rooms, giving everyone their own space. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

Swimming and Fishing for all

We had so much fun swimming in the very nice pool. We also caught several fish including 5 tarpon off of the canal dock! We had a great time. We will be back.

Great House!

This house is well decorated and has a great layout with the main bedroom on one side and the two guest bedrooms and bath on the other. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is beautiful and has a great lanai space attached.It has a stunning water view and has good fishing. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, well stocked property

We had an amazing stay at this home! The owner communicated with us directly. The location of the home is picturesque; the backyard view looks like a postcard. The home had everything we needed supply wise, including many toys/floats for the pool, kayaks, and bicycles, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We are hoping to come back soon.
